Research On Medical Waste Management System Construction Of YN Company

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,with its total economic volume ranking second in the world.The country is stable and united.The people’s living standard has greatly improved.All kinds of science and technology have developed in an explosive way.The level of medical technology has also made great progress.With the improvement of medical technology,the shortage of medical waste management cannot be ignored.Due to the relatively backward management of medical waste in our country,the lack of management system and laws and regulations,and the inability to keep up with the rapid development of medical technology,medical waste cannot be well disposed of,which has brought certain impact on the environment.On the premise of promoting the healthy development of our country,the strict medical waste management system,safe,timely and orderly medical waste disposal process,and healthy living environment have received extensive attention from the government.This thesis studies YN Company’s medical waste management in LF city by means of literature research,on-site investigation,statistical analysis and other methods.First of all,introduce the research background and significance of this thesis,summarize the relevant literature review on medical waste management at home and abroad,propose the main research contents and methods of this thesis,and further point out the innovation and deficiencies of this thesis.Secondly,the relevant basic theories of medical waste are explained from three aspects: the definition and classification of medical waste,hazards and treatment technology.At the same time,the definition,treatment process,management process,relevant theories and the meaning and characteristics of PDCA cycle are introduced.PDCA cycle is applied to medical waste management.Third,through the investigation of medical waste management personnel and collection personnel,the situation of YN Company’s medical waste management personnel in LF city was analyzed.Combined with YN Company’s collection,transportation and disposal of LF medical waste,the influence of PDCA cycle on LF medical waste management was analyzed.Fourthly,combining the internal and external management of the hospital,YN Company’s medical waste management system is constructed from the aspects of classification,collection,transportation,storage,tracking records,final disposal,management team,etc.Fifth,from the perspectives of strengthening government management and planning,raising disposal prices,enhancing the social responsibility of enterprises,improving YN Company’s management team construction and responsibility assessment,YN Company has developed an intelligent management system for medical waste based on the Internet of Things,and has proposed an innovative management service mode,namely "service goes into hospitals,service goes into villages and towns".Through the research,this article hopes to promote YN Company’s medical waste management in LF city and lay a solid foundation for the overall improvement of medical and environmental standards.
