| Nowadays,with the increasing of clothing pollution,it is urgent for people to find a renewable biomass resource to replace the expensive non-renewable and difficult to degrade petroleum-based chemical fiber raw materials.As a green and non-toxic natural cellulose,bacterial cellulose(BC)has many excellent characteristics in clothing design.This paper takes bacterial cellulose as the raw material to prepare a new type of bacterial cellulose cloth,and applies it in clothing design,realizing the perfect combination of environmental protection and art,which has certain practical and far-reaching significance.In the first chapter,the basic characteristics of bacterial cellulose and its application in various fields are introduced.Secondly,in the second chapter,the wet cloth of bacterial cellulose was prepared by the non-woven cloth copying process by the wet method.Then,two kinds of BC cloth were prepared by the melting hot-pressing method and freeze-drying method respectively and their properties were studied in depth.The results of thermal analysis showed that the thermal stability of bacterial cellulose was poor,with the glass transition temperature of 95.5℃ and the melting temperature of 120℃.The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the micromorphology of the bacterial cellulose fabric was nanoscale fiber structure,and the fibers were closely interwoven,which ensured the strength of the fabric.The tensile test results showed that the physical strength of the bacterial cellulose fabric was high,and the maximum tensile strength could exceed 60 MPa.The results of contact Angle showed that the contact Angle between the bacterial cellulose cloth and the droplet was 73,indicating that the cloth had good hydrophilicity.Subsequently,on the basis of the research in Chapter 2,in order to give BC cloth specific functions,in Chapter 3,the antibacterial BC cloth and super hydrophobic BC cloth were prepared by modifying BC cloth through physical and chemical methods.The results show that the modified BC cloth has good antibacterial and superhydrophobic effects.Meanwhile,the material used to modify BC cloth is the reuse of BC cloth in Chapter 2,which indicates that bacterial cellulose has excellent reusability.Finally,combining with the existing advanced design method,the paper fourth chapter to "protect" as the theme,based on ecological clothing design idea,the corresponding ecological environment and the eight types of clothing design,on the premise of guarantee clothing beautiful and comfortable realize the sustainable development of the clothing,in BC fabric in the clothing design to lay a solid foundation for the development and application. |
