In the unsafe incidents of civil aviation,the fire in the airport area is likely to occur,with higher harmfulness and risk,which will cause serious impact on the airport operation resources.Therefore,this article to explore of the airport airfield fire risk assessment method,to identify the risk factors for the airfield fire accident,realize that the key to human factors on the system risk effect,put forward a kind of to the airfield mixed modeling and dynamic simulation evaluation system operating status of risk assessment methods,and introduced the human factors in the evaluating method of uncertainty.The risk assessment method proposed in this paper considers a hybrid system that combines aircraft traffic and vehicle traffic in the flight area,and establishes risk probabilities for the four scenarios of fires caused by scene accidents,apron accidents,equipment accidents,and other small probability accidents Evaluation model to complete the overall fire risk probability assessment of the flight area.This paper considers the influence of human factors on the basis of the critical safety distance,and introduces the driver’s cognitive decision into the calculation of risk probability.Furthermore,the severity of the consequences of the fire was assessed using the death rate and the economic loss of the aircraft.This paper combines the two indicators of fire risk probability and hazard level in the flight area to establish an airport fire risk assessment model.Finally,this paper designs a dynamic simulation platform for fire risk in the airport flight area,and uses a domestic airport as an example to build a dynamic system simulation evaluation model.Calculate the fire risk probability in different areas of the flight area,get the distribution of high-risk areas,and propose risk management and control measures.This paper comprehensively evaluates the fire risk in the flight area,analyzes the changes in the impact of human factors such as workload,personality characteristics,and response characteristics on the risk,and compares and analyzes the fire risk in the flight area with and without human factors.The level of the risk level considering human factors is significantly larger,which proves that the influence of human factors is an indispensable part in the fire risk assessment of the flight area.
