At present,oil has gradually become an important force to drive the development of the world economy,so the safe storage and transportation of oil is becoming quite important.However,in recent years,accidents of oil storage leakage,fire and explosion happened frequently,which have caused serious harm to the society,enterprises and people.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status,combining with the relevant requirements of the country and the actual production requirements of a chemical plant in Huai ’an city,I design the monitoring system of oil tank fire risk based on a sensor node with STM32 chip and CAN bus network.This paper describes the overall design requirements of the fire risk early warning system in the Oil tank area,introducing the relevant knowledge of STM32 and CAN communication protocols,and completing the circuit design of the sensor module,data processing module,alarm module,power conversion module and gateway module in the monitoring unit of the early warning system.This paper uses Labview to design the monitoring interface of the early-warning system for oil tank area,realizing the numerical curve display,numerical real-time display,data storage,data query and alarm for the environmental sampling data of oil tank area,at the same time,the BP-Adaboost neural network and Labview are combined to evaluate the safety level of oil tank area by building of BP-Adaboost neural network and Matlab programming.In the end,the method of fuzzy accident tree is used to establish the fuzzy accident tree with the top event of oil tank fire and explosion.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fuzzy accident tree,the paper calculates the structural importance and fuzzy importance and the fuzzy probability of the top event of each basic cause in the accident,the main causes of the fire and explosion accident in the oil tank area found,and puts forward some reasonable precautionary measures,improving the safe operation of the oil tank area to provide reference for the enterprise.The practical test has shown that the monitoring system of the oil tank area is stable and reliable.At the same time,the evaluation results of BP-Adaboost model and the analysis results of fuzzy accident tree have certain application value for the safe operation of oil tank area.
