| The classification of domestic waste refers to the classification of domestic waste into several types according to different types.In recent years,the classification of domestic waste has gradually become a focus of the whole society.The state has issued a number of notices on promoting the classification of domestic waste,and has changed the classification of domestic waste from a propaganda guiding policy to a comprehensive policy.These new requirements mark that the classification of domestic waste in China will step into a new stage of rapid development.In this context,the domestic waste classification work in the field of public institutions is in full swing.Public institutions refer to the party and government organs at all levels,as well as public institutions and organizations with large amount and large number of personnel.They are not only the policy makers,but also the specific executors of the classification of domestic waste,and one of the largest groups of the classification of domestic waste in the whole society.Effective implementation of domestic waste classification in public institutions can play a huge role in the demonstration and leadership of the whole society,guide the whole society to establish the concept of ecological civilization in an all-round way,and make waste classification become the habit of more people.From the perspective of laws,regulations and systems,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to study the classification of domestic waste in public institutions,finds out the problems such as insufficient mandatory management means,insufficient financial support and imperfect market-oriented and information-based means,and puts forward to improve system regulations,establish management system and strengthen Propaganda and training and promotion of market-oriented process and other countermeasures and suggestions provide a theoretical reference for the establishment of a good working system of domestic waste classification in Tianjin public institutions. |
