With the excessive emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases,global warming has gradually attracted the world's attention.It is important to reduce the greenhouse gas emission and practice the low-carbon development in the construction industry.At present,because of the difficulty in obtaining the basic data of energy consumption in the running phase of public buildings,the data quantity is relatively small,as a result,it is difficult to calculate the actual energy consumption and carbon emission of public institutions in different climate regions and different types of institutions,therefore,it is impossible to analyze the whole and actual status of carbon emission of public institutions in China.In view of the above problems,this paper first through the public institutions to save energy resources network,to obtain basic information on buildings and energy consumption of three typical public institutions in four major climate regions in China in 2017,including institutions,hospitals and schools,the annual total carbon emission of three typical public institutions is calculated.Secondly,the carbon emission intensity per capita and per capita at the operational stage of three typical public institutions is calculated by the quartile method,and the status of carbon emission is analyzed.Then,by using Plze?Correlation Coefficient method and principal component analysis method,the correlation of influencing factors and the weight relationship between each influencing factor and total carbon emission were analyzed.Finally,through the DEST-C energy consumption simulation software,the paper simulates the energy consumption of the cold and heat source air-conditioning system of a public institution in the whole year before and after the renovation by adopting the optimized measures of carbon emission reduction by increasing the external insulation of the building envelope,and calculate the annual carbon emission reduction of buildings.The results show that:?1?the average proportion of the three types of typical public institutions as the main carbon emission source structure is 65%,and the carbon emission intensity of the three types of typical public institutions shows a decreasing trend with the change of climate region from north to south,public institutions such as hospitals have the highest emissions.Severe cold and cold climate zone:Most public institutions are in the carbon intensity range of 1-40.4 kgco2/m2;most hospital institutions are in the carbon intensity range of 80.8-121.2 kgco2/m2;Most school institutions are in the 40.4-80.8 kgco2/m2carbon intensity range.In hot summer and cold winter climate zone,most public institutions of government are in the range of1-40.6kgco2/m2,and most public institutions of hospital are in the range of 40.6-81.2kgco2/m2.Most school institutions are in the 1-40.6kgco2/m2carbon intensity range.In hot summer and warm winter climate zone,most public institutions are in the range of 21.6-43.2kgco2/m2,and most public institutions are in the range of 43.2-64.8kgco2/m2Most school institutions are in the 1-21.6 kgco2/m2carbon intensity range.Temperate climate zone:Most public institutions are in the 1-15.2 kgco2/m2emission intensity range;most hospital institutions are in the 15.2-30.4 kgco2/m2emission intensity range;Most school institutions are in the 1-15.2 kgco2/m2carbon intensity range.The carbon intensity of public institutions per unit of Gross leasable area decreases with the increase in the building area of public institutions;the per capita carbon intensity of public institutions,?2?the order of the weight of the factors that affect the total amount of carbon emission in the operation stage of public institutions is:The level of urban GDP;the climate region of public institutions;the level of per capita income in cities;the floor area of Public Institutions;?3?after the simulation of dest-fo c,the annual CO2emission reduction of air-conditioning system is 9.97 t,and the CO2emission reduction rate is 20%.Through the research on the carbon emission of the public institution buildings in the operation stage,it is helpful to carry out the energy-saving and emission-reducing work of the public institution buildings,and develop and tap the potential of the carbon emission reduction of the public institution buildings,therefore,it is necessary to predict and set the carbon emission and reduction target of the public institution buildings in the future.At the same time,promote the participation of public institutions in the future carbon trading market and provide the data base for the future total carbon control.
