| Expressway safety assessment is to judge the relative satisfaction of expressway road conditions, safety facilities, management level and service level. Its significance lies in the timely grasp of expressway safety status.Combining risk identification to further explore the inherent laws of highway safety issues will help strengthen highway safety management from a technical and administrative perspective, reduce traffic accidents, and protect the safety of people’s lives and property.Based on the expressway safety assessment theory, analyze the expressway safety influencing factors, build a comprehensive and effective evaluation index system, establish a expressway safety assessment model from the perspective of safety grade division, and give an example of the safety of six typical expressways in Henan Province Analyze and determine risk factors through sensitivity analysis. This article describes the basic principles, dimensions and steps of highway safety evaluation, analyzes the impact of drivers, vehicles, road conditions, safety facilities and traffic flow on highway safety, and makes a specific analysis of a single key factor.According to the principles of scientific, systematic, operability, comparability, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative,17 indicators in five aspects were selected to construct a highway safety evaluation index system, which was divided into five levels according to the characteristics of the indicators and adopted It is dimensionlessly processed by the power factor method.Based on the analysis of commonly used safety evaluation methods,a highway safety evaluation method based on the classification of safety levels is constructed.Comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to obtain evaluation index weights, using TOPSIS method and gray correlation analysis respectively to obtain comprehensive evaluation results and sorting, put forward the optimization method of evaluation scheme based on the principle of compatibility, using the rational grading of rank sum ratio method The law divides the highway safety level into five levels.A risk factor identification method based on sensitivity analysis is proposed. The optimal comprehensive evaluation method is used as the objective function. The orthogonal test principle is used to design the test plan to identify the factors that have a greater impact on the safety of the highway.Taking Henan Province as the research area, six typical highways in the area were selected for example verification, and data were collected through field surveys, questionnaire surveys, and expert discussions. The comprehensive evaluation results are obtained and sorted through different combinations of methods and weights, and the TOPSIS evaluation method of combined weights is determined as the optimal solution.According to the evaluation results, combining the rank sum ratio method and the regression equation to determine the binning basis, the rating object is classified.Use the sensitivity analysis method to identify the risk factors of each expressway and make suggestions for improvement of the evaluation section. The research results show that the evaluation method constructed in this paper can effectively perform comparative evaluation on expressways. The combination of optimal evaluation methods and weights can be selected for different evaluation objects to enrich the content and ideas of safety evaluation research work. The evaluation results can be used for management Provide the basis for decision-making.Through sensitivity analysis to identify the key influencing factors of highway safety,it can maximize the utilization rate of resources and propose targeted measures to solve key problems. It has certain guiding significance for promoting the research of highway safety and improving the management level and decisionmaking level of the highway. |
