In the large and medium-sized state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises of our country,large piece OKP types of enterprises have considerable weight.The production process of this kind of enterprise and control not only complex,practical model and no reference.The characteristics of this mode of production is the product variety,low production,specifications,can satisfy the customization demand.At the same time,because the cycle of product design and manufacturing is long,product requirements between the components of temporal constraints and complete are very strict,generally there will be the problem of low efficiency in operation.As a manufacturing factory of petrochemical fields provide core process equipment,LJ company produce the user oriented to design and manufacture of single piece and small batch,and enjoys high reputation in the domestic petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry.But the rapid development of enterprises in the process,the traditional management mode is difficult to make rapid response to market demand,has not been ideal contract performance rate.which seriously affect the market competitiveness and the further development of enterprises,and has become the most urgent problem.In the ever-changing market environment conditions,in order to realize low cost,rapid organization of production,improve the market reaction speed,how to build effective job shop customization of the operation and management mode,is the enterprise to strengthen endogenous power and market competitiveness of the most important ways.The focus of this paper.Based on the current situation of operation management of LJ company,the problems and causes existing in the operation and management mode are analyzed.Secondly,through the relocation of the operation strategy,using process reengineering,lean production and other advanced management ideas,the use of management method of concurrent engineering and project management,this paper put forward the concrete scheme to improve the operation and management mode of the company,these programs include using business process reengineering and node JIT pull type production mode,the implementation of lean production management,strengthen 5S on-site management and information construction.Finally the author puts forward opinions on the operation and management mode to improve implementation and guarantee scheme,which will helpful to the company and other enterprises in the same industry.
