and the continuous strong social demand.The society’s demand for environmental avoidance facilities continues to increase,but the existence of negative externalities of environmental avoidance facilities has become the initial avoidance risk,that is,the original risk,and the original risk continues to occur and pass under the effect of the extremely complex and constantly changing social environment And regeneration,when the total risk is not managed in time,the total amount of risk will continue to accumulate and eventually break through the risk threshold and cause serious conflicts between neighbors and avoidance.The frequent occurrence of conflicts between neighbors and avoidance in our country is to a large extent the lack of a systematic understanding of the regeneration of risks.Due to the highly complex nature of environmental avoidance risks,only by clarifying the path and mechanism of risk reproduction can timely measures be taken to contain risks.The regeneration of the risk,thereby weakening the subsequent impact of the risk.Based on this,this article launches the research on the reproduction mechanism of environmental neighbourhood risk from the perspective of system theory,and innovatively constructs a systematic analysis framework of multi-agent ambiguity intergrowth,multi-condition compound symbiosis,multi-stage recycling and multi-factor interaction creation.The four dimensions of,conditions,time and factors analyze the form of environmental avoidance risk reproduction,clarify the interaction mechanism between each subject and each risk,and deconstruct the transformation and reproduction mechanism of environmental avoidance risk in a complex social system.Firstly,starting from the six main bodies of the public,government,construction companies,other companies,experts and opinion leaders,analyze the relationship between their own rationality and the complex social network between themselves and the reproduction of environmental neighbourhood risks;Risk plans,risk compensation capabilities,social capital and media capabilities build an intervention framework for external conditions for environmental avoidance risk reproduction;thirdly,the three stages of planning,construction,and operation of adjacent avoidance facilities are taken as macro dimensions,and risk construction,crisis management and As a microscopic dimension,results management forms a multi-stage circular analysis framework to analyze the complex reproduction relationship of environmental neighbouring risks in the entire multi-stage;finally,it lists the different individual,group psychology and economics from the social psychological factors and social environmental factors.The catalysis and amplification of risk formation and reproduction by factors such as,law and culture.On this basis,the method of system dynamics is used to construct a simulation model of environmental risk avoidance reproduction.First,extract relevant influencing factors through the theoretical model of reproduction mechanism,and compare and screen these factors to construct a list of influencing factors for environmental risk avoidance reproduction;secondly,construct environmental risk avoidance reproduction based on the correlation between these factors The causal circuit diagram of the system;again,the system dynamics equation is established through the analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method.Finally,through sorting out typical neighbor-avoidance conflict events in recent years,the Hubei Xiantao waste
