| Urban eco-environment is the foundation of urban development, and optimizing quality of urban eco-environment is very important for urban ecological livability and green development. With construction of ecological civilization vigorously promoted, the extensive economic development mode has been unable to meet the needs of highquality economic development in the new era,and urban competitiveness can no longer be measured by pure economic indicators.Eco-environmental quality is gradually becoming a new focus to enhance urban competitiveness. As one of the breakthrough points in the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji,regional eco-environmental protection should be used to promote the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji.In order to solve the problem of eco-environmental co-governance in Jing-Jin-Ji,it is urgent to analyze and identify the development level and improvement strategy of urban eco-environment in Jing-Jin-Ji.In this context, starting from the correlation between urban eco-environment and urban competitiveness, this thesis systematically studies spatio-temporal difference, spatial effect and obstacle factors of Jing-Jin-Ji urban ecoenvironmental competitiveness. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Constructing evaluation model of urban eco-environmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji and analyzing the spatio-temporal difference characteristics of urban ecoenvironmental competitiveness.Based on the DPSIR conceptual model, the evaluation index system of Jing-Jin-Ji urban eco-environmental competitiveness was constructed.TOPSIS based on combination weights was applied to calculate urban ecoenvironmental competitiveness level.Through horizontal comparison and vertical analysis, the thesis evaluated and analyzed eco-environmental development level of 13 cities in Jing-Jin-Ji from 2013 to 2017.The results showed that overall distribution pattern of urban eco-environmental competitiveness in Jing-Jin-Ji was relatively stable, showed the characteristics of “high in the north, low in the south and hopping in some parts”.However, the regional differences were large, and annual changes of ecoenvironmental competitiveness of different cities were quite different, which provided basis for the follow-up research.(2)Examining spatial effect of urban eco-environmental competitiveness of JingJin-Ji was to reveal regional correlation and agglomeration features of urban ecoenvironmental competitiveness.A theoretical model based on spatial autocorrelation analysis, this thesis tested and analyzed spatial correlation of urban eco-environmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji from global and local dimensions. The results showed that urban eco-environmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji had a strong positive spatial correlation from 2013 to 2017,and the agglomeration characteristics were relatively stable.Based on results of local spatial autocorrelation analysis, the urban eco-environmental governance pattern of Jing-Jin-Ji was divided into four areas: core protection area, strict control of diffusion area, vigilance of differentiation area and key compensation area, and implemented regional governance of differentiated space.(3)Analyzing obstacle factors of urban eco-environmental competitiveness in Jing-Jin-Ji,and exploring the way to improve urban eco-environmental competitiveness. The obstacle degree model was applied to diagnose and analyze obstacle factors of ecoenvironmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji.The results showed that state subsystem had the most significant resistance effect on eco-environmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji from the overall obstacle factor diagnosis.Energy consumption per ten thousand yuan of GDP,annual mean PM2.5 concentration and per capita disposable income of urban residents were main obstacle indicators of eco-environmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji.Combined with the diagnosis of regional obstacle factors, different urban obstacle factors were not same, there were “common” and “individual” characteristics.According to space effect test and obstacle factor analysis, put forward the way to improve eco-environmental competitiveness of Jing-Jin-Ji. |
