| As China pays more and more attention to environmental protection,environmental impact post assessment,as an effective means of environmental management,plays a particularly prominent role in the process of preventing environmental pollution and protecting the ecosystem.The environmental pollution and ecological destruction caused by coal mine construction project are more and more serious,which brings great pressure to the ecology and environment of our country.In the actual production,some achievements have been made in the environmental impact work of coal mine construction projects,but the slow progress of environmental impact post assessment has caused some problems to the environmental management of coal mine.In this paper,based on a large number of data and data analysis,environmental impact identification of construction projects is carried out by means of data consulting,comprehensive analysis,comprehensive comparison,technical verification and system comment,etc.,and relevant concepts and theories of environmental impact post-assessment are elaborated in detail.In combination with the practical situation of the original phase of the construction of coal mines,with single factor index method,multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,field investigation method,observation method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and the combination of qualitative analysis and system science methods,to estimate of the environmental impact before construction and construction after the environmental impact of the real-time monitoring of data to support,the original phase after the coal mines to carry out the environmental impact assessment.The result of this post-evaluation is generally consistent with the main conclusion of environmental protection acceptance.In the production process,the mine environmental protection facilities operate well,ecological environmental protection measures are implemented in place,and the surrounding environment of the mine is improved to some extent. |
