The High-Speed Railway(HSR) has developed fast through recent years with its low emission, high loaded and fast speed. Despite the benefit of more convience in transportation, there is a growing awareness of the potential environmental impact near the railway line, including the environmental vibration. Reducing the train-induced vibration is a important way to achieve sustainable development of HSR, as well as improving the living standard of local citizen. Meanwhile, the huge-scale public projects like railway construction need the post-project review (PPR) as a feedback mechanism, including environmental review, to improve the ability of environmental management and decision. For that reason, the assessment system and quantitative model is established in this thesis, Chengguan Line environmental vibration post-project review is done using this method, furthermore, train-induced ground vibrations measured at3different sites are presented first, and their propagation and attenuation characteristics are analyzed.:the main research contents are as follows:1. Established the assessment system for railway post-project environmental vibration impact review by using the Fuzzy-AHP method. The chosen indexes are:1the attainment rate of the vibration level,2.the impact to the residents along the line;3.the effect of the vibration control measures.4. the consistent degree with EIA. Put this method into exercise and to evaluate the Cheng-Guan line environmental vibration, and the result is "good":the vibration level along the line is far below the regulation. However, the spring clip used for reducing the vibration is not necessary.2. To analyze the vibration propagation characteristics induced by moving train:the influence indexes of the railway foundation and the distance to railway center are discussed. The results are:the vibration level is decreasing with the distance, and the ground-borne vibration level of train on bridge and road bed in60m are75-58dB and80-58dB respectively, and the later is2-10dB lager than the former. Besides there is a bounce area on roadbed. Using linear regression to caculate the maximum vertical acceleration vibration level empirical formula in different railway foundation3. Checked the vibration prediction model compared with the measured value and it is proved that this model has highly accurancy.
