The rapid expansion of construction land and the rapid development of economic activities under the background of new urbanization have caused dramatic changes in the land use pattern in the region.Especially in areas with relatively dense human activities in the coastal zone, rapid development and construction have changed the structure and service functions of regional ecosystems.Complex natural processes and human activities threaten the harmony of humanland relations.Coastal zone ecological security is threatened.Land use space Conflicts are becoming increasingly prominent, restricting the sustainable development of the economy and society. This paper studies the land use spatial conflict on the southern coast of Hangzhou Bay,hoping to provide some theoretical support for the mitigation of the land use spatial conflict in the coastal zone.Provide theoretical and practical basis for the ecological construction and restoration of the study area.in oder to promote the marine economy and regional sustainable development. This paper combines the six phases of 1990-2015 remote sensing data from the south bank of Hangzhou Bay,and uses the PSR model to construct a measure model of land use spatial conflicts in the coastal zone. With the help of Arcgis、Envi and Geoda to calculate the spatial conflict comprehensive index.Furthermore, the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics of the spatial conflict composite index are analyzed by combining spatial autocorrelation and semi-variance functions. The results showed that:(1)The largest proportion of cultivated land in all types of land in the study area was 43.19%,followed by construction land and tidal flat areas, which accounted for 20.79% and 12.48%,and the unused land was at least 0.23%.(2)The comprehensive index of land use spatial conflict shows that in 1990,the level of land use spatial conflict was moderate conflict> mild conflict> severe conflict> serious conflict;in 2015,the land use spatial conflict level showed severe conflict> mild conflict> moderate conflict>serious conflict, the comprehensive conflict value increased from 0.246 in 1990 to 0.379 in 2015.In the later period, the serious conflicts have a tendency to expand. The regional ecological security situation is severe, and the research area is inclined to a severe runaway stage.(3)The pattern of land use spatial conflicts in the study area is distributed in blocks and chains, and the high-value conflict areas are clustered in southern Yuyao, central Cixi City, and Jiao chuan Street in the south of the Zhen hai town. The low-value areas Gathered in the marginal waters of the study area and human activities involve less developed areas. The results of the semi-variance function show that the conflict values in the study area are similar and the clustering characteristics are obvious.(4)Propose relevant regulatory suggestions on the status quo of conflicts in the study area, including advancing the ecological restoration of land and space, effectively integrating land resources in the region, and improving relevant land use regulations to regulate land use conflicts in the coastal zone.
