| Under the background of the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the reconstruction of land spatial planning system,it is of great significance to realize green transformation and development under the natural background constraint and ecological restoration pressure.As an important basis for the implementation of the next step of land and space planning and project implementation,the delimitation of ecological protection and restoration zoning is of practical significance to coordinate the conflict resolution between protection and utilization,and to improve the overall ecological benefits of the space.As a key link before carrying out comprehensive land consolidation and ecological restoration,there is no mature evaluation system,delimitation method and classification standard of County Ecological Restoration spatial zoning.In order to determine the service function of the dominant ecosystem in the region as the guiding goal of ecological restoration,ecological restoration zoning constructed an evaluation system of ecosystem service function,ecological environment sensitivity,and land space development intensity.Based on multi-year data such as land use,annual rate of vegetation NDVI and rainfall distribution,combined with important supporting contents such as landscape pattern differentiation and habitat quality,multi-factor ecological restoration areas under the assessment of socio-ecosystem damage were accurately divided.The results of ecological restoration area were obtained by using the partitioning method of "target determination-multi-element restoration".In combination with the conduction requirements of evaluating the zoning-project implementation,the ecological restoration area was classified and corresponding control measures were proposed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows :(1)by reviewing the research progress of ecological quality assessment and space zoning at home and abroad,the existing problems in the current research are sorted out and the research contents for the next step are clarified.(2)starting from the connotation and definition of ecological restoration of mine-tiandeng counties in combination with the actual development and ecological protection requirements,building ecological functions,ecological sensitivity and importance under the national spatial development strength evaluation of "3 d graphic model,according to the characteristics of inductive composition unit,regional dominant ecological functional recovery goals determine results are obtained.(3)Based on the requirements of scale-specific zoning management,an evaluation index system of landscape pattern,habitat quality and ecological restoration index was constructed to accurately divide multi-element protection and restoration areas under the assessment of society-ecosystem damage.(4)With reference to the types of ecological restoration areas in land space,classification of ecological restoration areas and corresponding control measures are proposed for the purpose of improving the pertinence and efficiency of ecological restoration projects and providing reference for relevant ecological planning and implementation of ecological restoration projects.Through the above research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)through the literature review,it can be seen that the current ecological space evaluation mainly starts from the natural ecosystem,the spatial zoning research mainly focuses on the economic and social interests,and the research on the combination of ecosystem protection and restoration and human social development is less,and the zoning evaluation,methods and classification standards have not formed a systematic and perfect model 。(2)According to the evaluation results of the "three-dimensional graphical" model,the study area is divided into seven main ecological function restoration target areas: soil and water conservation,soil and water loss and rocky desertification,water conservation and biodiversity,water conservation and rocky desertification,soil and water conservation and water conservation,soil and water conservation and biodiversity.(3)According to the similarity of dominant ecological problems and the principle of multi factor comprehensive restoration,32 multi factor ecological restoration areas were divided based on the assessment of social ecological system damage in Tiandeng county.(4)The key areas of ecological restoration in Tiandeng county are divided into four categories(comprehensive restoration of ecological environment conservation and system function improvement,water environment and wetland ecological restoration,key areas of degraded and polluted land quality improvement and ecological restoration of mines and industrial and mining wasteland)and 10 sub categories(ecological environment sensitive conservation area,important ecosystem function improvement area,comprehensive restoration area and river)The research area includes the protection and restoration area of tidal flat,the key area of flood disaster prevention and control,the restoration area of mountain forest(grassland)degraded land,the remediation area of cultivated land pollution,the comprehensive restoration area of land,the restoration area of degraded land of mountain forest system,the restoration area of degraded land of grassland system,the pollution restoration area of cultivated land,the treatment and ecological restoration area of damaged mountain,and the restoration and utilization area of industrial and mining wasteland). |
