With the acceleration of industrialization, frequent haze weather has largely hindered people’s daily activities, and has greatly increased the probability of suffering from respiratory diseases.Haze pollution has many sources, but it is fundamentally caused by the acceleration of the industrialization process and the consumption of a large amount of non-clean energy. In the current period,China’s industrial agglomeration has a certain scale, gradually forming the spillover effect of knowledge and technology, scale effect and the sharing effect of energy and other infrastructure.Through these paths, industrial agglomeration can effectively control the formation of haze pollution. However, due to the improvement of the level of industrial agglomeration,it is easy to generate congestion effect and excessive agglomeration effect, which will increase the emission of industrial waste gas and thus accelerate the formation of haze pollution.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the internal transmission mechanism of China’s industrial agglomeration and haze pollution will be conducive to the formation of a good industrial agglomeration mode in the future, and it can also provide some Suggestions for China’s future haze prevention and control. This paper firstly clarifies the background and significance of the topic in the introduction section, and then sorts out relevant literature at home and abroad to lay a foundation for the research of this paper.Second, through the calculation of the various provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2017 location entropy index to analyze industrial agglomeration level,as measured by smog concentration pollution levels, use of global and local Moran indexes to inspect space since the correlation of smog pollution in our country. The results show that:(1)Fog pollution in our country are spatial relations, namely pollution is having "high-high"agglomeration and the layout of the "low-low agglomeration.(2)By selecting economic level, traffic facilities and population control variables, the spatial lag model empirically using fixed effect, this paper study the spatial relations between industrial agglomeration and haze pollution. The study found that between industrial agglomeration and haze pollution positive correlation, namely the current industrial cluster in our country is mainly composed of congestion effect and excessive agglomeration effect to intensify the fog haze pollution. In addition, there is an inverted "U-shaped" relationship between industrial agglomeration and haze pollution. The improvement of industrial agglomeration level at the current stage will aggravate haze pollution, but when industrial agglomeration reaches a certain scale, the improvement of its level will restrain haze pollution.(3)The results of effect decomposition show that the indirect effect of industrial agglomeration on haze pollution is higher than the direct effect. This indicates that the haze concentration in this province is not only intensified by the local industrial agglomeration, but also affected by the industrial agglomeration in neighboring provinces to a greater extent.(4)Through the features of spatial econometric regression with three areas respectively, found that the central regional industrial agglomeration of smog pollution to indirect effect is higher, and the western region of spatial spillover effect is not significant. This result showed that because of the economic and industrial agglomeration degree and central is not developed, compared the smog concentration of western region is more affected by the provincial industrial agglomeration, and the surrounding provinces of spillover effect is not obvious. |
