The Study On The Influence Of Industrial Agglomeration On China’s Haze Pollution

The frequent occurrence of hazy weather not only affects people’s daily life,but also increases the incidence of cardiovascular diseases,lung cancer and other diseases,causing widespread public concern.The haze pollution is the result of a combination of various factors,but it is ultimately due to the industrial structure,development methods,and energy efficiency.At present,China is in a critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading,the externalities of industrial agglomeration have also become increasingly prominent,it has greatly improved the efficiency of research and development of clean technologies,which is likely to promote pollution reduction.Therefore,industrial agglomeration may play a key role in preventing and controlling haze.Therefore,An in-depth study of the impact of industrial agglomeration on haze pollution is conducive to fundamentally provide a new perspective for the haze prevention and control.First of all,based on defining the strategic background and practical significance of this study,the paper aimed to understand the progress of industrial agglomeration and haze pollution control at home and abroad,which laid a theoretical foundation for the following empirical research.Secondly,respectively constructing the corresponding location quotient indicators so as to measure effectively industry agglomeration in various levels.At the same time,through the analysis of the spatial distribution of haze pollution,the necessity to study the impact of industrial agglomeration on the haze pollution was put forward.Again,we used empirical analysis to study the impact of manufacturing agglomeration and service industry agglomeration on haze pollution,we used spatial measurement methods to analyze the impact of externalities on haze pollution;Finally,on the basis of the empirical study,we conclude that manufacturing industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading,service industry agglomeration is conducive to pollution control,the influence of externalities on haze pollution is staged and the ways of industrial agglomeration on the haze pollution,moreover,this paper put forward the following suggestions: to optimize the industrial structure and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading;to control the degree of agglomeration rationally,and deal with the problems of over-density and over-convergence of industrial agglomeration;to play a common role on reducing emissions and improving the complementary mechanism of haze prevention and control;to improve the regional innovation system and promote the improvement of pollution control and emission reduction technologies;to strengthen inter-regional cooperation and improve regional coordination and governance mechanisms;to strengthen environmental regulation and take into account both the industrial agglomeration and the environment.
