The public pipe gallery is connected with many equipment in the chemical industry park,and it’s medium is complex,diverse and dangerous.Its security management is difficult and complex.In recent years,there are more and more accidents of public pipe gallery in China.The existing management methods and concepts can no longer meet the safety management needs of petrochemical enterprises.In order to ensure the safety and management efficiency of public pipe gallery,it is necessary to apply the Internet of things technology to improve the safety management level of public pipe gallery.Firstly,This paper studies the investment of safety management system,public pipe gallerysafety management and safety management information system of chemical industry park by literature research method,and concludes the necessity of building the safety management system architecture of public pipe gallery based on the Internet of things and the necessity of project feasibility study.Secondly,according to the feasibility study and logical framework method,this paper constructs the Internet of things framework of public pipe gallery safety management system and the logical framework of feasibility study of public pipe gallery safety management system by using literature research method and expert interview method.Then,according to the indicators of the feasibility analysis framework,this paper analyzes the four aspects of technology,economy,organization and risk.Based on the actual demand and the construction of the public pipe gallery safety management system architecture,the technical feasibility is to evaluate the solutions of three suppliers.Based on W company’s safety investment,accident loss data and Cobb Douglas production function,the economic feasibility is to calculate whether the safety benefit is positive by constructing the enterprise safety accident loss model and the optimal investment model.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project in the implementation process and reduce the implementation risk,the organizational feasibility is studied from four aspects: project organization structure,communication mode,target and schedule control mode and change management,according to the problems and objectives in the organization and project implementation control in the problem tree.According to the characteristics of the project and 17 risk factors,risk analysis identifies the core risk points and formulates corresponding strategies.Finally,the feasibility of the project is obtained and the management enlightenment is summarized.The innovation of this paper is to build a special feasibility study framework for the public pipe gallery safety management system project in chemical industry park,And there is no similar research in China at present.As this project is a new project combining safety management and informatization of public pipe gallery,there is a lack of complete technical scheme framework in academia.The technical feasibility study of this paper constructs a complete scheme design of such projects through three levels of the Internet of things.It provides a reference for the selection of technical route of similar projects.Based on the statistics of safety investment and loss data of W company,this paper establishes a nonlinear optimization model of safety investment and calculates the optimal investment of the project.It can provide reference for the investment of safety management system of public pipe gallery in other chemical industry parks.
