At present,the integrity management of long-distance pipeline has been relatively mature,which can effectively ensure the safe transportation of pipeline.Integrity evaluation is an important part of integrity management,the integrity of the long-distance pipeline system in our country in recent years,gradually perfect,but the chemical industrial park,public utility tunnel pipeline both in installation environment,tubes,pipe diameter,or in terms of medium and the delivery pressure,has many different with long-distance pipeline,which makes its integrity evaluation method and the long-distance pipeline have larger gap.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the integrity evaluation technology of the public pipeline corridor for the safe operation of the pipeline in the chemical industry park.Based on the basic data of the pipe gallery,the finite element model of the pipe is established with relevant software,and the stress analysis of the pipe under different operating conditions is carried out,the primary stress and secondary stress of the pipe are checked,and the settlement analysis of the pipe rack is carried out.For the straight pipe section,the typical pipe material with girth weld defect is selected to carry out mechanical properties test.The evaluation method of pipeline uniformity and local corrosion in API 579 standard is introduced.For the elbow section,the finite element method is used to select the typical elbow section to build the model and calculate the limit size of the defect.The residual life of three typical corridor pipes is predicted by the extremum theory.This paper provides a reference for the improvement of the integrity evaluation system of the public pipeline corridor in the chemical industry park.
