At present,more than 95% of chemical pipe corridors in China use steel structures.Compared with other traditional structures,steel structures have the advantages of high strength,good earthquake resistance and construction.However,the current construction methods of prefabricated and on-site welding of steel components have resulted in 90% of the chemical pipe corridors in China being designed separately,and even the pipe corridors of different devices in the same plant area need to be designed separately.In this paper,the industry dilemma of repeated waste design of chemical pipelines is introduced,and the modular design concept applied to the construction industry is introduced.The structural mechanics,the ultimate bearing capacity analysis theory and simulation theory of steel structural members are used to complete the polyol engineering.The modular design of the tank corridor.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combining the engineering examples of the new tank area pipe gallery on the west side of the polyol project,the overall structural size design of the tank area pipe gallery is completed according to the main parameters of the 23 overhead pipes;the entire tank area pipe gallery is divided into modularized The “cage module” of the component assembly is a unit,which effectively realizes high-precision factory prefabrication,efficient container transportation,full bolt connection on the construction site,quick release risk detection and deflection monitoring;(2)Based on the modular analysis of the pipe gallery,the load check of the pipe gallery structure in the tank area is discussed.Under the premise of ensuring the reliability of the modular design scheme,the 3D simulation of the overall design scheme is completed by PDMS software.(3)Using SolidWorks to complete the 3D modeling of the modular components,the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis is performed on theH-beam and the beam-joint column assembly respectively to verify the rationality of the module modulus and the safety of the joint.The modular design of the tank pipe gallery completed by the thesis takes the modularization as the core concept and concretely transforms the pipe gallery components into three kinds of enlarged modular steel components,which greatly simplifies the design work of the pipe gallery.The high factory prefabrication completion degree of the "cage module" increases transportation efficiency by 80%,reduces the processing probability of on-site components,and improves the uniformity of construction,thereby saving costs,reducing cost and saving man-hours.Not only can it meet the current engineering requirements,avoid construction investment waste,and because of the advantages of modular standard parts,it can directly meet the future engineering reconstruction and expansion needs,and minimize the additional investment in the later reconstruction and expansion.
