In today’s changing world landscape,inventory management issues in many domestic chemical enterprises under the supply chain environment are increasingly exposed and urgently need to be addressed.DQHG Company is the epitome of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in China.In recent years,under the tremendous pressure of constantly changing external environment and market demand,it is facing increasingly severe market competition.Long inventory cycles,simplified inventory management strategies,low efficiency of supply chain information transmission,and lack of cooperation in supply chain inventory management are all new challenges faced by DQHG.Further optimizing supply chain inventory management is of great significance to achieving the company’s strategic objectives.Based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in China,this article uses methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,field survey,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the current inventory management situation of DQHG Company,and uses relevant supply chain inventory management theories at home and abroad to identify the problems in their inventory management and analyze their causes.Based on optimization analysis from multiple dimensions such as the optimization of information based inventory management system,inventory warehousing management system,supplier and customer management,and the construction of CPFR inventory management model based on supply chain,this paper proposes an inventory management optimization plan for DQHG Company in a supply chain environment.Finally,an evaluation system for the inventory management optimization plan of DQHG Company is established,and multi-dimensional evaluation is conducted from the target level,criteria level,and sub criteria level.The evaluation results after optimization indicate that the research in this paper is effective for further optimizing inventory management,improving inventory turnover rate of DQHG Company,and controlling inventory costs and risks.Therefore,the research in this article has practical significance for further promoting inventory management in small and medium-sized chemical enterprises. |
