The Calculation Of Environmental Pollution Economic Loss In Liaoning Province And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

With the rapid economic development in Liaoning Province,GDP of Liaoning Province is growing,the rapid economic development has naturally brought a series of environmental problems.In order to explore the degree of environmental pollution in Liaoning Province,a more comprehensive measure of environmental pollution,the economic losses caused by environmental pollution provides a new perspective,in order to explore the status of pollution in Liaoning Province.The greater the environmental pollution economic loss,means that the greater the environmental pressure.So need to reduce environmental stress and reduce environmental pollution and economic losses.And analysis of its impact factors,according to the environmental factors to improve the policy recommendations,can achieve the purpose of environmental pollution control.First of all,the status of environmental pollution in Liaoning Province,including air pollution,water pollution and solid waste pollution.Then,the paper puts forward the procedure and system of economic loss estimation of environmental pollution in Liaoning Province,and selects the direct market evaluation method to make a comprehensive accounting of the economic loss of environmental pollution in Liaoning Province.At last,the economic loss of environmental pollution in Liaoning Province is used to represent the environmental pollution of Liaoning Province,and the influencing factors of environmental pollution economic loss are analyzed.The factors of environmental pollution are analyzed by multiple regression analysis model and gray relational analysis model.The results were compared and analyzed.According to the results of the study and the actual situation of Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the environmental condition of Liaoning Pro2vince.Through accounting for environmental pollution economic loss of Liaoning Province found that the total economic loss of environmental pollution has shown an upward trend in the period from 2000 to 2014.Air pollution Economic losses account for the largest proportion of total environmental pollution,accounting for 60%-70%of the total economic loss of environmental pollution,which is also the real situation of Liaoning Province atmospheric pollution in recent years.The ratio of environmental pollution economic loss to GDP was a downward trend,relatively speaking,the state of the environment of Liaoning Province is improving the trend.The ratio of economic loss to GDP is between 0.91%-2.49%,which is equal to the ratio of economic loss to GDP in the whole country.Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the economic loss of Liaoning Province,the results show that from the scope of Liaoning Province,the improvement of urbanization level has a certain negative impact on environmental pollution,increase environmental investment can improve the environment,improve energy efficiency and promote the industrial structure adjustment is an important measure to solve environmental pollution.
