Research On The Economic And Social Factors Of Air Pollution And Governance Measures In Liaoning Province

Since the reform and opening-up,China's industrial level has been continuously improving,the process of urbanization has been accelerating.along with economic and environmental development,a series of environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,air pollution has attracted much attention.Liaoning is an important old industrial base in China,its industrial development is rapidly,but the air pollution of Liaoning Province is also becoming more and more seriousit,so Liaoning is in the critical period of air pollution prevention at present.Based on this,this paper starts with the pollution of major air pollutants in Liaoning province,analysises the characteristics of space and time of pm10 pollution which is the main atmospheric pollutants in Liaoning province,it also analyzes the economic and social influence factors of the pm10 pollution,Combining with some foreign countries' s air pollution successful management experience,puts forward the management countermeasures of pm10 pollution in Liaoning province.This article first discusses monitoring content of air pollution and the pollution status of major pollutants in Liaoning province in 2006-2017,analyzes the time characteristics and spatial characteristics of particulate pollution in Liaoning province.then use the theory of externality ? market failure theory and government failure theory as support,analyzes the causes of air pollution.According to the analysis propose corresponding solution to provide reference for the following.Through the grey relation method,STIRPAT model and principal component analysis to analysis the economic and socoal factors of the particulate matter in Liaoning province with the correlation of the concentration of PM10,and get specific contribution.The analysis found theat population size?urbanization level?GDP per capita?second industry proportion?total energy consumption?building area?private car ownership and GDP per capita have effect on the concentration of PM10,total energy consumption?second industry proportion ? population size ? GDP per capita have a big impact on the concentration of PM10.This paper applies DPSIR model to analyze the correlation mechanism between pm10 pollution and economic and social development in Liaoning province,through analysising the countermeasure of controlling air pollution in developed countries abroad,combining With the analysis results of economic and social factors,puting forward specific measures to control the PM10 pollution,providing reference for control air pollution better in Liaoning province.
