Intelligent manufacturing of cement grinding involves all aspects of production activities such as design,production,management,and service.With the intelligent development of my country’s cement grinding enterprises,many cement grinding enterprises gradually phase out traditional and backward management methods,and change in the direction of relying on Internet technology to realize remote access,comprehensive management,and intelligent management.As a major country in cement production,in order to further improve the level of intelligence and integrated management of cement grinding enterprises,it is imperative to develop an integrated management cloud platform based on intelligent manufacturing.Aiming at the low level of informatization in each production process and department of cement grinding enterprises,this subject researches and develops a comprehensive management cloud platform for cement grinding,and mainly completes the following tasks:(1)Completed the design of the system structure and functional structure of the integrated management cloud platform for cement grinding.The integrated management cloud platform for cement grinding mainly includes four functional subsystems: integrated monitoring,production management,energy management,and system management.(2)In-depth research and analysis of the key ADO.NET database interface technology in the system,AJAX front and back data asynchronous interaction technology,etc.,detailed introduction of SQL Server database,Java Script language and j Query Easy UI development framework,and detailed analysis of B/S Characteristics of the architecture.(3)The detailed design of each functional subsystem has been completed.The integrated monitoring subsystem includes a production process monitoring module and an alarm monitoring module;the production management subsystem includes a production scheduling module and a production comprehensive report module;energy management includes a power statistics module,an energy consumption statistics module,and a comprehensive report module;system management includes basic information settings Module and authorization setting module,and detailed design of the interface of each module.(4)The cloud platform uses SQL Server 2012 database,Visual Studio 2012 programming software,comprehensively uses HTML5,C# and Java Script language,j Query Easy UI framework and other technologies to realize the above four functional subsystems.The system has been applied in a cement grinding company in Dongping,Achieved the desired effect. |
