With the intelligent development of enterprises in China,the electric porcelain industry is facing the challenge of automation and intelligent transformation.The low level of automation,lack of integrity of production information,inaccurate data and low level of quality management in China’s electric porcelain industry lead to problems such as uneven quality of electric porcelain products,low qualified rate of products and lack of complete product quality traceability chain.Aiming at the practical problems of an electric porcelain enterprise in Jiangxi Province,this paper finds that the quality data collection between production links is incomplete,and the correlation between each process is weak.In order to solve these problems,this topic puts forward the quality management system of electric porcelain intelligent manufacturing demonstration project,which provides technical support for electric porcelain enterprises to solve quality problems,improve product quality and production efficiency.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The overall design of quality management system is completed.Combined with the current situation and production process of electric porcelain enterprises,the functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail,and the structure and function of the quality management system are designed.Quality management system mainly includes quality database subsystem and client subsystem.(2)Completed the quality database design.The quality data in the production process of electric porcelain is divided into mud quality information,mud section quality information and blank making quality information,and the logical and physical structure of the corresponding table is designed in detail;according to the data requirements of users,the new slurry view,old slurry view,mixed slurry view,mud tracing view,mud section tracing view,blank making tracing view and so on are designed.(3)Complete the functional design of each module of the client subsystem.The client subsystem includes quality report management,quality parameter configuration,quality data analysis,quality exception handling,quality traceability,etc.(4)SQL Server 2012 database,visual studio 2012 programming software,HTML5,Java Script and C # programming language are used to complete the research and development of the quality management system of the electric porcelain intelligent manufacturing demonstration project.The system has been applied in an electric porcelain enterprise,and the application of the system is good.
