Grinding cloud refers to the ideas from cloud computing and cloud manufacturing,According to the actual application needs in grinding manufacturing field by using the related technology of cloud computing,grinding cloud platform system is established to integrate grinding software and hardware of two kinds of manufacturing resources for supply and demand,which realizes the accumulation of grinding knowledge data for sharing,to provide various types of processing and manufacturing aspects of information technology services for grinding processing enterprises at the same time,to implementate digital and intelligent grinding process.Therefore,the article aims to study how to integrate and use the resources involving camshaft CNC grinding process as a research object,analyze and design the application demand model for this purpose,Design the system of platform of camshaft CNC grinding cloud including software,hardware and network,Applying the theory and method of software engineering,using unified modeling language(UML)as a design tool,Design and develop grinding cloud platform system composed of five relatively independent software system,including the SaaS service system of Camshaft CNC grinding cloud,the PaaS service system of Camshaft CNC grinding cloud,the IaaS-To-PaaS replication system of Camshaft CNC grinding cloud among distributed heterogeneous database,the IaaS service system of Camshaft CNC grinding cloud,the user login and register management system of Camshaft CNC grinding cloud.Research,design and development of Camshaft CNC grinding cloud platform plays a positive role in supporting.the development of automobile industry in our country and enhancing the international competitiveness of China's high-grade CNC grinding machine products.The research work mainly includes:(1)Put forward the basic theory of grinding cloud.Grinding cloud architecture and business model is designed,The analysis and design of grinding cloud platform application demand model and its working principle is analyzed and designed,Grinding cloud data flow model of the entire software system is established.Using artificial intelligence technology,the key technology and algorithm of grinding cloud platform is solved,Basic research system on intelligent cloud is established.The application and promotion of grinding cloud service model is established,puts forwardthe concept of limited grinding cloud and infinite grinding cloud,unlimited cloud search algorithm is designed,limited cloud search algorithm is designed,recommendations algorithm for selection of grinding cloud services the grinding cloud hardware configuration,network structure and the software system is designed.(2)SaaS cloud architecture and business model is designed.Using multimedia cloud technology to encapsulate information of supply and demand in order to describe the buyer technical problems and The supplier solutions.Production system was applied to a cloud computing environment,the supply and demand for classification,intelligent retrieval,fuzzy consulting business of the SaaS cloud service is realized.in cloud computing environment drive three-level system of information flow model,data storage model and collaborative model is designed.the PaaS minimum load virtual desktop priority allocation algorithm to manage user client is designed,PaaS standard CAM program parsing module was designed to generate nc data,CAM-CNC grinding machine online interconnection engine of PaaS system to achieve client and grinding machine is designed,which provides convenient and quick and cheap platform for grinding manufacturing companies to use grinding CAM system software.Interface of PaaS infinite cloud search,Interface of PaaS limited cloud search and Interface of recommendations for selection of PaaS grinding cloud services is designed.(4)Designing the IaaS-To-PaaS distributed heterogeneous database replication system.aiming at Network heterogeneity in cloud computing environment,by using The big data transfer technology,replication and snapshot engine based on the interface of standard SQL is designed,which realizes data synchronization both inside and outside between the PaaS cloud architecture and IaaS cloud architecture in order to Ensure the consistent of data and function of system software of cloud cluster server inresource pool.(5)IaaS cloud architecture and business model is designed.drive mechanism of IaaS cloud services and its intelligent engine is researched,the fuzzy retrieval and intelligent matching technique is applied to a cloud computing environment,using the software component and template technology to expand manufacturing resources form the standard parts for seamless,data flow model,database model and cooperation model of the buyer,the supplier and operator of three main is designed.Using big data analysis and extraction technology,encapsulating the manufacturing equipment and manufacturing knowledge to form unified cloud resources in order to implement resources on-demand,providing useful data for PaaS cloud services in the way of data mining
