| Land space is not only the foundation of national survival and development,but also the core element to support social and economic development.At present,with the continuous promotion of the process of urbanization,the development of land space is facing many severe challenges,such as the scattered spatial layout of "town,agriculture,ecology",the loss of cultivated land resources,the crowding out of ecological space and so on.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi has repeatedly emphasized the construction of ecological civilization and proposed that in the modernization drive,we should plan the development of land space as a whole,concentrate on the intensive use of land space as far as possible,and reduce the occupation of natural ecological space.In 2017,the 19th CPC National Congress put forward the grand goal of "beautiful China" as the construction of ecological civilization,which means that ecological space is the space carrier of the construction of ecological civilization.when it is integrated into the process of regional political,economic,cultural and social construction in the future,it will have the advantage of more protection and reasonable protection and development.In May 2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward "to do a good job in the top-level design of land space planning in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development" in the "opinions on the Establishment and Supervision of Land Space Planning system".A new statement of perfecting the land space development and protection system,and pointed out that the transformation of sustainable and high-quality development of soil spatial pattern in China should be realized.It is necessary to shift the focus of the new round of land and spatial planning to high-quality development,which means that the development of land and ecological space is facing an unprecedented opportunity.Under this background,guided by the construction of ecological civilization,speeding up the high-quality development of land and ecological space is not only the meaning of promoting the high-quality development of land and space,but also the root of promoting high-quality development in the new era.Therefore,on the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant theoretical and practical analysis and summary of land ecological space quality evaluation at home and abroad,this paper constructs a low-quality land ecological space identification index system,taking Guigang City as the research object.it is identified from different angles that the low-quality ecological space of Guigang City can provide possible conditions for improving the quality of the existing low-quality space and accelerating the transformation of the "high-quality development" of the ecological space.Based on the identification results,the ecological spatial pattern of low-quality land is analyzed and reasonable promotion countermeasures are put forward according to its characteristics.The main research contents and conclusions include:(1)starting from the connotation of eco-space,according to the basis of eco-space delineation,combined with the topography of Guigang City,the actual situation of land use and nature reserves and other factors,the ecological space of Guigang City is revised and supplemented as necessary,and finally delimited the ecological space area of Guigang City as 6217.57 km ~2,accounting for about 58.62%of the total land area.The spatial distribution can be summarized as "north-south screen and central water network".(2)the connotation of low-quality land ecological space is preliminarily defined.That is,low-quality land ecology refers to the ecological space that is planned and utilized by different stakeholders based on the goals of economic development and ecological protection within a certain range of land and ecological space.the ecological space caused by the whole or part of the ecological structure is broken,the state is unstable,and the level of function and service value is low.Its own characteristics are mainly reflected in the high fragmentation of ecological spatial structure,poor stability of ecosystem state,low conservation capacity of ecological carrying capacity,water conservation,soil and water conservation,poor ability of ecological anti-interference,low value of ecological services and so on.(3)the identification system of low-quality land and ecological space is constructed from the four dimensions of structure,state,function and value.firstly,based on the moving window method,five indexes are selected to comprehensively evaluate the fragmentation of ecological space: patch density index(PD),maximum patch index(LPI),landscape fragmentation degree(FN),connectivity index(CONNECT),fragrance diversity index(SHDI).Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the ecological space state in terms of ecological spatial vulnerability,ecological sensitivity and habitat quality,and then the ecological footprint model is used to evaluate the ecological carrying capacity.At the same time,the level of ecological space function is evaluated comprehensively from four aspects:water conservation function,soil and water conservation function and biodiversity protection function.After that,the value of eco-spatial service is evaluated,and the spatial heterogeneity of eco-spatial service value is modified by four correction factors: NPP,vegetation coverage,precipitation factor and soil erosion factor.Finally,the comprehensive index ofuniverse eco-spatial quality is obtained by synthesizing the eco-spatial quality index of eco-spatial state,structure,function and value.It is divided into five grades: high quality,higher quality,general low quality,lower quality and low quality,in which high quality and higher quality are divided into high quality ecological space;the three grades of general low quality,lower quality and low quality are identified as low quality land ecological space.The results show that the identification result of low-quality ecological space in Guigang City is basically consistent with the present situation of land ecological pattern and ecological environment quality in Guigang City.The low-quality ecological space in Guigang City is greatly affected by the topography of Guigang City.Finally,the area of low-quality ecological space in Guigang City is 2264.69 km ~2,accounting for about 63% of the ecological space area of Guigang City,accounting for relatively large,and the general low-quality ecological space has the largest area.The lower quality and the lower quality ecological space are in the second place.In terms of spatial distribution,it mainly characterizes the spatial distribution characteristics of "high in the north and low in the south,high in the east and low in the west,high in all sides and low in the middle".The pyramid structure is positively correlated with the area of the regional ecological space,and positively correlated with the proportion of woodland and water in the regional ecological space.Finally,according to the situation of low-quality ecological space in Guigang City,the quality improvement countermeasures of ecological space quality classification control are put forward. |
