Research On The Construction Of Ecological Security Pattern In National Territorial Space Of Hechi City

Since the 20 th century,with the rapid development of urbanization,high-intensity land-use development and rapid transformation of land-use mode,the ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Social and economic development and ecological security protection have become the biggest constraints to urban development.Under the background of accelerating the construction of ecological civilization in China,with the proposal of ecological security pattern,the interaction of ecological security pattern and ecological process provides an important spatial approach for ecological security protection and effective ecosystem management.According to the spirit of relevant documents,rational planning of national territorial space and construction of ecological security pattern are of great significance to the construction of ecological security pattern.In view of this,taking Hechi City as the research area,analyze its’ land resources and ecological environment status,and sort out the ecological security issues that affect the construction of the pattern.Combined with the development orientation of Hechi City and the requirements of urban functions,select the appropriate research system for the ecological importance of national territorial space,and use the minimum cumulative resistance model and GIS technology data analysis method to construct the ecological security pattern in national territorial space of Hechi City and analyze its’ rationality.The result shows that:(1)Hechi City has rich natural resources,high biodiversity,and ecologically important areas.However,due to the influence of human activities,topography,economic development and other factors,the environmental service function has declined,the ecological environment is relatively fragile,and it is extremely prone to geological disasters and pollution problems caused by the industrial and mining industries.Soil erosion and rock desertification are the outstanding problems of ecological security in Hechi City.According to the characteristics of ecological environment problems and the development trend of Hechi City,the ecological importance is comprehensively evaluated from the perspectives of ecological environment sensitivity,ecological service function importance,habitat quality and ecological service value,and the framework of "ecological source areas-ecological corridors-ecological patches" is formed to construct the land space ecological security pattern of Hechi City.(2)Using GIS overlay analysis and other technologies to evaluate and analyze the ecological importance of national territorial space,according to the results of the evaluation,the areas mainly distributed in Du’an County,Huanjiang County,Nandan county and Dahua County are defined as the ecological source areas.The areas with important ecological service functions,high values,sensitive ecological environment and good habitat quality,such as the natural reserve,forest reserve,important mountain forest land,river basin and source area with rich biodiversity,are defined as the ecological source areas.Optimize and combine the potential ecological corridors that based on the minimum cumulative resistance model and the existing ecological corridors,set a certain width,and construct the final key ecological corridors.Finally,select ecological patches with high ecological importance that plays a certain role in linking the ecological source areas and ecological corridors,and can be used as the ecological patches of biological species in the long-distance migration and rest areas.The ecological security pattern in national territorial space of Hechi City is composed of “10 sources,77 corridors and 28 patches”.(3)The framework is generally stable,the ecological importance has been effectively guaranteed to a certain extent,the leading ecological functions have been maintained to a certain extent,the ecological and human settlements have been further protected,and the intensive and economical utilization of resources and the sustainable development of social economy have been promoted.Last,according to the different functional layout and development orientation of the ecological security pattern in national territorial space of Hechi City,four suggestions are put forward for the protection strategy of the ecological security pattern in national territorial space of Hechi City.(1)Strictly protect the ecological source areas and lay a solid foundation for the national territorial space ecological security pattern.(2)Strengthen the construction of ecological corridors and enhance the connectivity of the national territorial space ecological security pattern.(3)Strengthen the protection of ecological patches and improve the stability of ecological security of the national territorial space spatial ecological security pattern.(4)Relevant departments cooperate to lead the establishment of Hechi City’s the national space ecological security pattern construction and management agency,setting up special funds and formulating rewards and punishments policies for relevant construction and management work.
