| The circulation,consumption and distribution of products are inseparable from the support of transportation.The best embodiment of logistics service level is transportation efficiency.The development of logistics industry is inseparable from the development of road transportation,which is an important guarantee to support the development of logistics industry.Road infrastructure is the foundation of road transportation.Its construction and operation can effectively guarantee and enhance the efficiency of road transportation,and then promote the development of logistics industry.However,in the daily logistics transportation,safety accidents caused by hidden dangers of road infrastructure are common,which will not only hinder the smooth flow of logistics transportation and the efficiency of logistics transportation,but also cause the loss of people’s lives and property.Expressway,as a special high-grade highway in road infrastructure,involves a variety of infrastructures.The health status of these infrastructures will affect the operation safety of expressway.Therefore,this paper studies the comprehensive monitoring and health evaluation of expressway.This paper will start from the micro level of Expressway infrastructure to build the expressway comprehensive monitoring index system,which will provide the focus and direction for the comprehensive health monitoring of expressway.Based on the established comprehensive monitoring index system,the health evaluation of the expressway is carried out to assist the relevant managers to timely and accurately grasp the health status of the expressway,and make timely response to the health problems of the expressway.In this way,the safe and healthy operation of urban expressway is guaranteed,and the smoothness of logistics and transportation links is also improved.The paper focuses on four parts:first,through the statistical analysis of a large number of literature,combing the influencing factors of expressway safety and health,using the analytic hierarchy process to build a comprehensive monitoring index system hierarchical model for a variety of objective infrastructure and environment of urban expressway.The second is to study and analyze the assignment method of index weight,and the weight coefficient of each index in the index system is determined by the combination weighting method of game theory based on AHP and entropy weight method,so as to build a complete Expressway comprehensive monitoring index system.Thirdly,the health evaluation of expressway is separated from the macroscopic traffic safety evaluation,and using the matter-element extension method evaluates the comprehensive monitoring indexes of expressway.Compared with the macroscopic traffic safety evaluation,it can help the relevant management personnel to have a deeper understanding of which part of the monitoring indicators are responsible for the health status of the expressway,and help the relevant management personnel to take more detailed and targeted disposal actions.Fourthly,based on the constructed comprehensive monitoring index system and matter-element extension model of expressway,a graphical user interface system for comprehensive monitoring index health evaluation of expressway is designed by using MATLAB software,which can meet the needs of relevant expressway management operators get the evaluation results by simple operation and improve the operation ability of non-health evaluation professionals. |
