Research On Ecological Civilization In The Development Of Shale Gas

With the energy pressure increasing in current days,especially outbreak "the shale gas revolution" in the United States,has set off a hot lunching about shale gas.Based on the purpose of changing the energy structure and ensuring the security in our country,Our government also has done.But we would face a series of ecological problems,due to immature technology and incomplete legal system.Some problems were found in the process of mining.One is the ecological environment problems like large water consumption,water pollution,soil pollution,air pollution and noise pollution and so on.Second is ecological justice problem,not only the residents getting limited ecological compensation,but also the covert environmental information.Third is the ecological ethical issue because of weak ecological consciousness and ecological responsibility.Last one is that the key enterprises ' unclear production mode,which caused the ecological behavior problems.Under this background,this paper started off the present conditions of ecological civilization in the process of shale gas development,analysis the four types of problem was led by technical research,ecological compensation mechanism and benefit sharing mechanism has not been established,ecological ethics consciousness,lack of environmental standards,etc.And then,combined with China's specific national conditions and our own characteristics of shale gas exploration,the author put out strategies from four aspects,hoping to supply some beneficial exploring.That is to build a system of environmental protection for the development of shale gas,to explore shale gas development to the common development of enterprises and the local government and local residents mechanism,to supervise and to urge enterprises carry out the responsibility,to strengthen the international cooperation.
