Nowadays,the global environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent,the"green economy" formed by low energy consumption and low pollution has become a hot term in the world in recent years.China rapidly expanding economic scale is based on the process of urbanization,and impact on the world’s environmental problems It’s becoming more and more significant.For this reason,China has demonstrated its demeanor as a powerful nation and is actively responsible for its own environmental problems during its development.Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,China has put forward new requirements for carbon emissions and energy consumption,and strives to achieve sustainable domestic social development.This article takes the six administrative regions of China(namely North China,Northeast,Southeast,Central South,Southwest,and Northwest)as the research object,and comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of consumption-based carbon emissions and energy consumption in the economy and trade of each region based on the consumption side.Then coupling and correlation analysis of consumption-based carbon emissions and energy consumption between economic development,carried out to formulate unique energy-saving and emission-reduction policies in accordance with each region.This paper uses the 2007 2012 and 2015 China MRIO tables to calculate the consumptionbased carbon emissions and energy consumption in six regions of China.Analyzing the perspectives of final demand,industry distribution,and regional transfer.The results show that each regional the embodied carbon emissions and energy consumption have shown an increasing trend year by year.From an industry perspective,embodied carbon emissions are mainly concentrated in the construction industry and service industry,and embodied energy consumption is mainly concentrated in the energy supply industry and service industry.In terms of demand,fixed capital formation and urban residents’ consumption accounted for most of the embodied carbon consumption.Analyze the embodied carbon emissions and the flow of embodied energy consumption in the six regions from the perspective of regional transfer.The results show that the southeast and middle-south regions are the main embodied carbon and embodied energy export regions,and the northwest and southwest regions are the main embodied carbon and embodied energy import regions.From an industry perspective,the southeast and middle-south regions present major net inflows of implied carbon emissions in labor-intensive and technology-intensive industries,and the main net inflows of implied energy consumption in resource-intensive and technology-intensive industries.The coupling relationship of embodied carbon emissions,embodied energy consumption and socio-economic development showed that the embodied carbon coupling status in the six regions from 2007 to 2012 was backfired,especially in the northern region.From 2012 to 2015 in each region the coupling state of embodied carbon has improved greatly,showing a strong or weak decoupling state.The embodied energy is more complicated in the coupled state,and most regions are in a state where the consumption of embodied energy is coupled with economic development.Finally,based on the results,the paper provides differentiated policy suggestions for different regions in China from the aspects of industrial structure,energy technology and regional association to promote the regionalization process of "green economy".
