Because of China’s vast territory,there is a huge market.With the prosperity of interregional trade,the emission and transfer of carbon embodied in trade also increase.It is of great significance for realizing green and low-carbon development to calculate the carbon emission implied by trade and transfer amount,clarify the responsibility of carbon emission of each region,and identify the key carbon emission industry sectors.In terms of time and spatial dimension,this paper adopts the framework of Multi-regional Input-output Model and Total Trade Accounting to calculate the trade embodied carbon emissions and net transfer caused by the transfer of value-added.Then,the social network analysis method is used to construct the net transfer network of trade carbon emissions and analyze its overall and individual characteristics.Though Block Model Analysis,the structural characteristics and role performance of each node in the net embodied carbon emissions transfer network are judged.The marginal measure method and absolute weighted measurement method were used to analyze the industrial linkage,respectively,to calculate the economic linkage between industrial sectors at the consumption side and the supply side,and further calculate the carbon linkage between industrial sectors.The results show that,first,the spatial and temporal pattern of embodied carbon transfer in China’s interregional trade have changed significantly.From the perspective of time,the total trade embodied carbon emissions generally show an upward trend from 2007 to 2017,and the transfer patterns of regional trade embodied carbon emissions are significantly different.Second,from the perspective of spatial,the network has always been in stable and inseparable state.Beijing-Tianjin region,eastern coastal region and southern coastal region with developed economic and good industrial foundation have gradually become the net inflow of trade embodied carbon emissions,and is also the main recipients of network relations.However,the northwest region and the northeast region,which are rich in energy and underdeveloped economic,have gradually became the net inflow of carbon embodied in the trade,and re also important relationship generators.The research conclusions confirm that the hypothesis of "pollution heaven paradise" is established in inter-provincial trade.From the result of marginal measurement method,energy-related industries have a significant impact on economy development and carbon emissions,especially in energy-rich areas where energy industry,chemical industry and other industries are developed,the impact on carbon emissions is far greater than the promotion of economy.From the result of the absolute weighted measurement method,considering the impact of industrial scale on the entire economy and carbon emissions,other services have a significant impact on economic development and carbon emissions.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations,including differentiated emission reduction policies,all regions should to actively carry out collaborative environmental governance and undertake carbon emission reduction responsibilities,high carbon emission areas should achieve green development to get rid of the fate of "Pollution Refuge" and other relevant policy suggestions.
