China is rich in coal,which has an irreplaceable role in the energy supply structure.China's fast economic development increase energy demand,it's difficult to change in the short term.Coal industry attract a large number of social capital,made the national coal supply boom,supply exceed demand,coal prices and enterprise profit fell sharply.Northeast China is an old industrial base,coal industry developed earlier.As mining time goes on,remaining resources short and mining difficult,coal production decrease and production costs increasing year by year.The majority of coal enterprise is facing resource depletion,enterprise huge losses.In2016,the coal industry implemented the cut production capacity policy and achieved expected results.Market environment changed and the enterprise operating conditions improved.In order to adapt to the new situation,the northeast company began to implement the customer management system.Based on the theory of customer management system and related knowledge,this paper studies the implementation of customer management system by means of comparative,qualitative and quantitative analysis,combining the characteristics of northeast company,market environment and sales products characteristics.Firstly,the background and research significance are described,and the research status and the latest development results of the customer management system at home and abroad are described.Secondly,the development status of northeast company,regional macroeconomics,regional coal market and market environment are analyzed.Then,the author studies the implementation of the customer management system in northeast company,and compares the changes of key management indicators such as sales performance,market share and settlement return after the implementation of the customer management system.The focus is to explore the enterprise system,the ability quality of the customer manager and the key of the management consciousness,and analyze the root causes of the problem.Finally,according to each problem,put forward a practical improvement plan,improve the customer management system,enhance the innovative ability of the customer manager,enhance the ability of the customer manager to cope with the market change,establish the business concept,and formulate corresponding safeguard measures to assist the smooth implementation of the improvement plan.This paper research the implementation of the customer management system of northeast company,studies the feasibility and shortage of the customer management system of northeast company,and puts forward the improvement scheme and safeguard measures to provide reference for the northeast company to improve and perfect the customer management system.Meanwhile,it provides reference for other coal marketing enterprises.
