On this basis, through the background PL copper construction projects, scope, technical solutions, schedule, cost plans and other data analysis,it is combined with information on a "brainstorming" to identify the risk factors for the project implementation phase. By "expert scoring method" analysis and evaluation of various risk factors, appropriate measures is proposed to deal with the risk exposure of different magnitude. Finally,through risk monitoring to avoid or mitigate project risk impact on the implementation of the project.Copper resources in china are relatively scarce. The development and construction of PL copper mine is typical. The risk management of the whole process of research about PL copper mine project is a useful attempt at metal mines in the project.
