The construction process of the project is more prone to unsafe behavior and serious consequences.In this paper,first,a literature review of the research status of unsafe behavior in the construction team is carried out,and the complexity mechanism of the unsafe behavior of the construction team is analyzed;a three-level structure model based on the combination of computational experimental methods and planned behavior theory methods is constructed accordingly In order to cope with the challenge of complexity,the key points and research ideas of this model in the study of unsafe behavior problems in the construction team are expounded accordingly.On this basis,based on the three-level structure model,the evolution effect of the safety behavior of the construction team under different safety management strategies and different individual attributes is studied,The results of the study show that:(1)the higher the degree of attention to safety concerns,safety training,and safety performance indicators,the better the safety atmosphere within the team;(2)static reward dynamic punishment(no cumulative reward for individual safety behaviors,but Safety behaviors use cumulative punishment)as the best reward and punishment strategy;(3)From a psychological perspective,individuals are good at safety knowledge learning,have safe operation capabilities,and attach importance to the safety supervision of safety administrators and the attributes of team safety atmosphere It is more inclined to adopt safe operation behavior;(4)The model research has proved the feasibility,effectiveness and universality of the three-tier structure model,and has obtained certain management conclusions and enlightenment.Finally,the results of this paper are combined with the actual safety management scenario of the construction enterprise through a case analysis to effectively guide the adjustment of the enterprise’s later safety management measures.This article aims to provide a certain reference for the research on the containment and prevention of unsafe behavior in the engineering construction team.
