Prefabricated construction has become one of the important development trends of the construction industry due to its short construction period, small pollution, less labor demand and high construction quality. The technology of prefabricated construction site is very different from traditional constructions, which leads to different types of safety accidents and higher safety accident rate. Therefore, the safety problem of prefabricated construction site needs to be studied. At present, the related researches on safety management of prefabricated buildings is mostly from the perspective of construction technology, safety risk and safety accidents, and rarely from unsafe behavior of prefabricated construction workers. At the same time, the research on the unsafe behavior of construction workers is rarely subdivided into separate studies of prefabricated construction workers. This study attempts to analyze the safety management of prefabricated construction site from the perspective of the unsafe behavior of construction workers.By establishing the multi-agent simulation model of the construction site, visualizing model based on Netlogo and studying the intervention strategy, different management opinions are put forward to reduce safety unsafe behavior and improve the safety performance of the construction site.Firstly, the unsafe behavior cognitive model of prefabricated construction workers is modified.Through literature analysis, the four-stage cognitive model(acquiring information-thinking information-selective response-taking stage)is selected and divided into two parts to analyze its influencing factors with different theories. The first two stages use the information processing model to analyze the cognitive factors, and the second two stages use the theory of planned behavior of social psychology to conduct linear regression analysis on the behavioral decisions of prefabricated construction workers.Factors and weights are the source of model description and basic data in multiagent interaction model. Then, the multi-agent interaction model(ABM)in the prefabricated construction site is built.Through literature and case data, managers and their responsibilities in the prefabricated construction site are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the cognitive sub-model of prefabricated construction workers ’ unsafe behavior, the interaction rules are constructed between workers and managers at different levels.Meanwhile, four psychological processes including risk perception, risk understanding, risk acceptance and social identity are added to the cognitive sub-model of workers,to ensure the closed-loop and accuracy of the model. The ODD protocol is used to describe the model to ensure the clarity, comprehensiveness and repeatability of the model. Finally, based on Netlogo, the ABM model of unsafe behavior of prefabricated construction workers is visualized and the intervention strategy is studied. An empirical study of a prefabricated building project is carried out,and the initialization parameters are used as the benchmark model data, and the validity of the model is verified. Then the different management strategies are simulated, and the sensitivity analysis is used to study the degree of intervention on workers ’ unsafe behavior,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for the safety management of prefabricated construction site. From the perspective of social psychology and psychological cognition, this study modifies the cognitive model of unsafe behavior of prefabricated construction workers, realizes visualization of multi-agent interaction model, and comprehensively describes the psychological changes of prefabricated construction workers ’ behavior and the interaction rules with workers, managers and the environment. This study will be helpful for the future research on safety management of prefabricated construction site from the perspective of prefabricated construction workers’ unsafe behavior. |
