Study On The Propagation Path And Management Countermeasures Of Construction Workers’ Unsafe Behavior

The construction workers’ unsafe behavior is one of the important causes of safety accidents.During the construction process,the construction workers’ unsafe behavior affect each other and spread.Therefore,how to reduce the spread of unsafe behavior among construction workers has important theoretical significance and practical value for reducing the incidence of unsafe behavior and improving the level of construction safety management.Using small world network theory and infectious disease theory,this paper discusses the problem of spreading unsafe behavior among construction workers at the group level,and proposes countermeasures for spreading management of unsafe behavior.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)This thesis identified the influence factors of the spread of construction workers’ unsafe behavior.Through literature analysis,field interviews and questionnaire survey methods,with the help of SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0 software,it is concluded that the influencing factors of the spread of construction workers’ unsafe behavior are determined by the key people influence,intimate people influence,safety literacy,safety guarantee,work tasks and safety equipment and punishment mechanism;(2)This thesis constructed a relational network of the spread of construction workers’ unsafe behavior.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the group of construction workers and use of complex network theory to build a small world network of the spread of construction workers’ unsafe behavior,the application of UCINET6.20 software to get the effect of network structure and its characteristics on the propagation of unsafe behavior,and analysis unsafe behavior propagation process;(3)This thesis simulated and analyzed the propagation model of construction workers’ unsafe behavior.Using the propagation dynamics research method on the complex network,the construction workers’ unsafe behavior propagation model is constructed.Using the influencing factors and network average as parameters,the Matlab2019 software was used to simulate and analyze the influence of relevant factors on the spread of unsafe behaviors.The key people influence and intimate people influence have a certain role in promoting the spread of unsafe behaviors among groups of construction workers;safety literacy,safety guarantee,work tasks and safety equipment have a restraining effect,and the punishment mechanism has a resisting effect;(4)The thesis put forward some management countermeasures of the spread of construction workers’ unsafe behavior.The control of the spread of construction workers’ unsafe behavior can take advantage of the social strengthening role among construction workers,improve the level of security cognition,improve the punishment system and implement differentiated small group management.There are 18 figures,20 tables and 119 references in this thesis.
