A Study On The Legal Supervision Of China’s Solid Waste Import Trade

The issue of solid waste import trade is an environmental and economic challenge for Our country and the developing countries all over the world,how to take into account the legitimate concerns of other countries in the pursuit of their own interests,and promote the common development of all countries in the pursuit of their own development is the focus of the study on the legal supervision of solid waste import trade.Since 2017,China’s solid waste import trade began to be more comprehensive and strict supervision,many of the original restrictions on imports of solid waste included in the list of prohibited imports,which is not only in response to China’s ecological civilization construction of the new call and in line with the new trend of global environmental governance,but also a microcosm of the developing countries’ innovation of the old international trade order dominated by developed countries.The article first expounds the basic theory of the legal supervision of china’s solid waste import trade.This content mainly finds out the deficiency of solid waste definition in China by finding out the interpretation of solid waste in the relevant international regulations and the domestic laws of the relevant countries,and comparing it with the relevant interpretation of solid waste in China.The principles of legal supervision of the import trade of solid waste are expounded,including the principles of international environmental sovereignty,sustainable development,non-harm to the foreign environment and international cooperation.This paper analyzes the harm of China’s solid waste import trade to discuss the necessity of legal supervision.Secondly,it discusses the necessity of legal supervision of solid waste import trade in China,evaluates the relevant norms of china’s legal supervision in solid waste import trade,and analyzes the shortcomings in our country’s existing legal supervision system according to the specific case.Third,according to the case analysis of the relevant issues applicable to international rules,and comb the solid waste import trade law supervision of the relevant countries in the solid waste import trade legal supervision of the relevant systems,from these countries to obtain useful experience,to promote China’s solid waste import trade legal supervision and construction process.Finally,according to the existing legal supervision system found in China,its existing deficiencies,and learn from foreign advanced experience,expounded the feasible way to solve these deficiencies,such as refining the solid waste identification standards,etc.,hope to play a role in improving China’s legal supervision system for solid waste import trade.
