Economic globalization has resulted multinational pollution, developing countries are eager to improve economic level, so developed countries are continuing to export hazardous wastes, pollution products and equipments, pollution-intensive industries, developed countries are transferring the responsibility and pollution consequences to developing countries, which originally should be taken by developed countries themselves. China is one of the developing countries, and because of its poor economic conditions and imperfect legal system, China has become the goal of pollution transfer of the developed countries. So1will provide some feasible measures to against the multinational pollution.literature research methods, history analysis method, empirical analysis, value analysis method and other methods are contained in this paper. Focuses on the cause of the multinational pollution, the practice of developed countries control multinational pollution and the countermeasure of our country control multinational pollution. Meanwhile, the author advised that only by the improvement of international legal system,could not the effective control of the environmental pollution transference be reached.In another words,the domestic legislation is crucial. We should develop a specific cross-contamination of administrate regulations. improving environmental standards, environmental standards established evaluation mechanisms, the establishment of international standards and technical regulations. To foreign-controlled areas of high pollution-intcnsive industries, foreign access to environmental impact assessment svstem. to prevent contamination of the developed countries to pass, protect our environment and natural resources from destruction and plunder, to achieve the harmonious development of the environment and trade.
