Research On National Park Legislation In China

The year of 2020 is the year of acceptance of pilot programs in China’s national parks.Relevant legislation has become a hot topic in academic theory and practical operation.At present,China’s national park system has accumulated experience and achieved remarkable results,but there are still many things to be improved.Ecological civilization system reform in China’s policy background,in-depth research and analysis with mature national park development experience in the world countries and regions in the legislative process and the management system,and combining the situation of the pilot zone in our country,to establish and develop characteristic of national park in our country the legal system to provide a big boost,effectively promote the reform of the system of ecological civilization in China.This paper is composed of four parts.The first part mainly starts with the relevant connotation of national parks,makes clear the connection and difference between nature reserves,and further analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China’s national parks.The second part analyzes the legislative basis and practical basis of China’s national park system,provides support for the subsequent construction of the legal framework,and points out the direction for the construction of national park legislation path.The third part introduces the experience of Taiwan,the United States,Germany and Canada in the legislative process of national parks and the enlightenment to China’s legislative construction in the future.The fourth part puts forward practical and feasible Suggestions on the legal system and management system to improve the legal system of China’s national parks.
