Research On National Parks And Their Legal System Construction In China

The pattern of nature reserve is the main form of environmental protection and ecological problems generally recognized by the international community,the purpose of establishing nature reserves is to better control natural resources,preserve biodiversity,and maintain sustainable development of the ecological environment.National parks are one of the most effective forms of nature conservation.Since the establishment of the world's first national park in USA,1872,more than 140 national parks have been established in various countries around the world.After a century of development,national parks have become the most common form of protection in the international community.The trend from individualization to globalization has also made the world more and more concerned about the establishment and development of domestic national parks.While protecting the ecological environment,national parks also have an irreplaceable role in economy,scientific research,education,and tourism.And also,the national parks have relatively complete institutional systems,and they have also accumulated a great deal of experience in the development of countries around the world.So that national parks have become the most widely used protected area model in the international community.Today,China's laws on ecological environmental protection are increasing well.However,as a form of protected land that is universally recognized by all countries in the world,national parks are still not perfect in our country.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,we will study the national park legal system of countries around the world.At the same time,combining with China's national conditions,establishing and developing a national park legal system with Chinese characteristics will be a major boost to China's ecological civilization construction.This paper analyzes the basic problems of national parks and summarizes the current situation of national park legislation in China,briefly sorts out the legal systems of representative countries of the international community while synthesizing the existing laws and regulations of China,and then provides experience and reference for the construction of the legal system of national parks in China.This paper is expected to provide Learn from and reference for the establishment and development of a national park legal system with Chinese characteristics.
