Research On The Optimization Of Procurement Management Of Rainbow Company Under The Mode Of Supply Chain Management

This thesis takes rainbow company as an example,combines the theory of supply chain management and purchasing management,uses the method of empirical analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of the purchasing department of rainbow company,and summarizes some experiences and lessons of the implementation of purchasing management.The corresponding questionnaires are designed for internal departments and suppliers respectively.Through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the main problems reflected in the procurement management are the continuous conflicts with other departments,the coexistence of high inventory and frequent shortage of materials,and the poor control of suppliers.In view of the problems found in the questionnaire survey,combined with the theory of procurement management under the supply chain mode,the optimization scheme of procurement management is proposed.The traditional purchase management is replaced by the purchase management under the supply chain management mode,and the inventory purchase is replaced by the order purchase.Reorganize the purchasing department,improve the supplier management system,divide the products,adjust the purchasing strategy,and establish strategic partnership with customers and suppliers.After a year of pilot optimization,procurement optimization has achieved remarkable results,and has been praised by the board of directors.It realizes the purpose of reducing purchase cost,improving customer satisfaction,reducing inventory cost and improving enterprise profit.The optimization scheme of procurement management proposed in this paper provides theoretical guidance for the further development of rainbow company,and also provides a reference for the procurement management of similar chemical enterprises.
