The Study About Safety Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Fireworks And Crackers In S County,Chongqing

The fireworks and firecrackers industry is characterized by a high degree of danger,and it is easy to cause safety accidents in all aspects of production,management,storage,transportation and discharge.At present,there are more than 2,000 fireworks and firecracker production enterprises in China,and the annual output value of fireworks and firecrackers reaches 67 billion yuan.S County,Chongqing City is close to Lichuan City,Hubei Province,and Hubei Province is one of the main production areas of fireworks and firecrackers in China.The illegal transportation of fireworks and firecrackers from Hubei to S County,Chongqing City is very prominent.The transportation of illegal fireworks and firecrackers has brought great hidden dangers to the local people’s lives and property safety.At the same time,the safety production accidents of fireworks and firecrackers across the country continue to occur.In order to ensure the safety of the lives and property of the people,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the safety supervision of fireworks and firecrackers in S County,Chongqing City.This thesis provides a valuable reference for the supervision department to improve the safety level of fireworks and firecrackers through the study of the safety supervision problems and countermeasures of fireworks and firecrackers in S County,Chongqing City.This thesis first introduces the research background,research significance,research purpose,domestic and foreign research situation of the thesis;secondly,summarizes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the thesis research;then investigates the current status of fireworks and firecrackers safety supervision through interviews,and proposes the problems of fireworks and firecrackers safety supervision;then analyzes the cause of the problem from the perspective of government,enterprise and society,finally countermeasures the suggestions also from the perspective of government,enterprise and society.In this thesis,through research on the safety supervision problems and countermeasures of fireworks and firecrackers in S County,Chongqing,finds out the problems and deficiencies in the safety supervision of fireworks and firecrackers by local regulatory authorities,and then investigates the overall status of safety supervision of fireworks and firecrackers in S County,Chongqing,Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for solving the local fireworks and firecrackers safety supervision problems were put forward.The theoretical significance of this study is to provide reference methods and measures for the safety supervision of fireworks and firecrackers in other regions of the country;the practical significance is to provide a reference for strengthening the supervision level of the fireworks and firecrackers supervision department in S County,Chongqing City,so as to reduce and avoid the production accident of fireworks and firecrackers.
