Coal mine is the main industry in China, two-thirds of our expending of energy source is from coal. With the increasing of yield from coal mine, security becomes more and more prominent. The main insecure natural factors include: water, fire, gas, coal dust, wall collapse and so on. All of these are threatening the production safety of colliery enterprise. Among them, the colliery flood is one of mostly disasters in the colliery construction and production. Because the coalfield hydrologic geology condition in our country coal field is extremely complex, the colliery flood accident sometimes occurs. And it not only seriously destroys the normal construction and production of the colliery, creates the huge economic loss, but also enormously has threatened the workers'life of the colliery. Therefore, the emergency rescue of colliery flood has already become the social problems that are attended by the international society universally. It is well known, when the disaster is inevitable, the proper emergency rescue behavior is the only powerful measure that can resist the spread and expand of disaster, and reduces the consequence.This paper expands just based on the above background. Referring to the requirements in the national regulations, combined with the identification of existing resources utilized in Chinese colliery security, in consideration of the civil and oversea research and experience in high-risk industry rescue, the paper, from the angle of macroscopic management, will undertake scientific research on emergency response plan of rescuring colliery flood. And the typical emergency plan of rescuing colliery flood is constructed. It is no doubt that the compositive instruction is put forword to educing effectively the colliery flood.On the base of laboring the characteristics of dangerous source and its relation with the accident hidden trouble, the water-inrush types of colliery flood have been discussed, and the related assessment methods of evaluating the fatalness of the colliery flood are expatiated.
