Research On Ningxia Ecological Civilization Construction Guided By Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought

The northwest region is the most vulnerable area of the national ecological environment,and the construction of ecological civilization in the northwest region is very important for the construction of national ecological civilization.Ningxia is an important ecological security barrier in Northwest China.The construction of ecological civilization in Ningxia not only affects the local economic growth and people’s livelihood development,but also affects the economic growth and people’s livelihood development in Northwest China and even the whole country.In recent years,while promoting economic construction,Ningxia has implemented the action of "Blue Sky,clear Water and Pure Land"to promote the construction of beautiful Ningxia,and the ecological environment has been greatly improved,and the construction of ecological civilization has made a major breakthrough.However,compared with other developed provinces,the level of economic development in Ningxia is relatively lagging behind,the ecological environment is relatively fragile,and the construction of ecological civilization is still facing many problems,and new problems are constantly emerging.To promote the construction of ecological civilization and realize the coordinated development of economic growth and ecological protection in Ningxia is an important foundation for the construction of beautiful Ningxia and the realization of sustainable economic and social development.This article takes the Marxist ecological theory as the theoretical basis and takes Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought as the guide.It sorts out the main contents of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought from six aspects:ecological values,development concept,people’s livelihood concept,system concept,cultural concept and community concept.The ecological environment in Ningxia has analyzed the main problems and causes in the construction of ecological civilization,and proposed specific solutions.Specifically,the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization in Ningxia mainly include the transformation of ecological development concepts;the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures;the innovation of ecological civilization systems.The main reasons for these problems are that the awareness of ecological civilization is still weak;the ecological environment is weak;the industry The structure is unreasonable;laws and regulations need to be improved.In view of these problems,analyze the reasons,should change the concept of ecological development,promote ecological culture;optimize the industrial structure;improve laws and regulations.The construction of ecological civilization is long-term,complex and arduous,and has an important influence on economic and social development.The construction of ecological civilization in Ningxia needs to break the old road of the past development,take the new road of ecological civilization construction,promote the realization of economic development,national unity,good ecology,people’s happiness,and achieve an overall well-off society at the same time as the whole country.
