Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on the construction of ecological civilization are an important part of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Systematic study of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization and its practical countermeasures,it will not only provide an important scientific guide for China’s future ecological civilization,but also speed up the construction of ecological civilization in China has proceeded smoothly.Ecological civilization is a new stage and new journey in the development of human civilization,and a common good expectation of all mankind.Facing the increasingly embarrassing problems of the ecological environment,how to effectively realize the scientific and reasonable coordinated development of the "natural","human",and "society" has become an important issue that must be faced and urgently needed to effectively promote the ecological civilization of contemporary society.Xilinguole Prairie is one of the famous grasslands in China and the world.It is a natural pasture in Inner Mongolia.The past,present and future development and changes of the grassland ecological environment and the ecological problems encountered are representative and typical.This article takes the construction of ecological civilization in the Xilinguole Region of Inner Mongolia(hereinafter referred to as the "Ximeng Area")as an example,reflects on the common problems of the ecological environment and explores its causes,and deeply studies the main content of Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization and its practice path Therefore,it can provide general reference for the construction of ecological civilization in some regions.Text of this article mainly includes the following three parts:The first part expounds the theoretical origin and basic content of Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization.The formation and development of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization have a solid theoretical foundation.The ecologicalthoughts of Marx and Engels,the achievements of ecological civilization thoughts of Chinese leaders of all generations,the wisdom of ecological civilization contained in the thought of the "harmony between man and nature" of China’s outstanding traditional culture,etc.All provided important guidance,reference and wisdom inspiration for the formation of Xi Jinping’s thoughts of ecological civilization and the construction of the theoretical system.The rich theoretical connotation of Xi Jinping ’s thoughts on ecological civilization,such as “Building a Beautiful People ’s National Action”,“Human and Nature Harmoniously Coexist”,“Landscapes,Forests,Lakes,Grasses,and Communities of Life”,“Green Water,Green Mountains,Gold Mountains and Silver Mountains”,"The strictest rule of law protection system",etc.,provides important theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of ecological civilization in China and the world.The second part explains the main problems and reasons in the process of ecological civilization construction.There are still problems in citizens’ awareness of ecological protection,over-exploitation and use of resources,environmental supervision,and the implementation of environmental laws and regulations,and the analysis of the causes of these problems is the key to exploring the main crux of restricting the construction of ecological civilization and cracking them.The third part expounds the practical path to practice Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization.Taking the construction of ecological civilization in the Ximeng area of Inner Mongolia as an example,and based on solving the predicaments encountered in the construction of ecological civilization in each region,four practical countermeasures are proposed: one is to promote the concept of ecological civilization of the people;The second is to build green production methods and lifestyles;The third is to establish and improve the ecological governance system;The fourth is to strengthen ecological supervision and law enforcement.Through the analysis and elaboration of the above three aspects,we can have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding and understanding of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization,aiming at providing reference research results andfeasibility suggestions for accelerating the construction of ecological civilization in various regions of China.
