Study On The Political And Institutional Ethics Contained In Xi Jinping's Thoughts On Ecological Civilization

The construction of ecological civilization is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and the future of mankind.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Congress on Ecological and Environmental Protection that most of the prominent problems we face in protecting the ecological environment are related to the lack of sound institutions.The protection of the environment and the governance of ecology must rely on institutions and the rule of law.Perfecting the system of ecological civilization is an important task of our party and country.The premise of promoting the modernization of ecological governance system and governance ability is the establishment and perfection of ecological civilization system.It is not only an important task of our country's economic development and social stability,but also an important content of the modernization of the Chinese Communist Party's governance ability.The first institutionalized Construction of Ecological Civilization is the construction of the relevant political system,the political system related to ecology can provide guidance and restriction for ecological economic activities,ecological cultural activities and so on from the strategic level and the administrative level.And the establishment of the political system must have a practical ethical basis.This paper argues that the ethical provisions inherent in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization are in great agreement with the ethical norms of the political system.This paper probes into Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization and makes ethical argumentation on it from the aspect of system design,which can provide an effective theoretical and practical basis for the institutionalization of ecological civilization in China.The first part of the introduction is the starting point of this paper.This part discusses the research background and significance of this paper,the review of domestic and foreign research status,the emphasis and difficulty,innovation,research ideas and methods,and defines the relevant concepts related to the ethics of political system.The concept definition part analyzes the political system and the political system ethics and their relationship,and expounds the basic category of the political system ethics.The second part reviews the theoretical origin of the political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization.The political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization adheres to the basic position of Marxism,it is the inheritance of the basic spirit of Marxist ecological ethics,the reconstruction of the value of Chinese traditional ecological civilization in order to adapt it to the needs of contemporary social development.The ecological ethical values accumulated by the Chinese Communists have been developed and given to the times,and the progressive ecological ethics views of foreign related ideological trends have been absorbed and expressed in Chinese style and Chinese discourse.The third part analyzes the background and process of the formation of the political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization,focusing on the study object of Xi Jinping Ecological Civilization,which is called Xi Jinping's thought of Ecological Civilization.Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization contains the formation of political system ethics with the background of four major aspects at home and abroad.This article combs the formation process of the political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization in the light of Xi Jinping's political career.The fourth part analyzes the formation logic and basic connotation of the political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization.The formation logic is as follows: the construction of ecological civilization needs the urgency of system guarantee-the importance of political system in institution construction-the political system ethics provides reasonable basis for the construction of ecological civilization system-Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization contains rich political system ethics,It can provide ethical argumentation for the construction of ecological civilization system in China.In analyzing the political and institutional ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,according to the definition of the first part,this paper mainly studies the justice,democracy and efficiency of Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization in three aspects: Justice,democracy and efficiency.And from the perspective of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper analyzes the rationality of Chinese political system ethics by using these dimensions.The fifth part summarizes the realistic implication of the political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization.It is demonstrated from the following four aspects: adhering to the people-centered political position;conforming to the scientific and effective ecological system design;promoting the green development-oriented economic transformation;and helping to consolidate the global consensus on the construction of ecological civilization.It shows that the political system ethics contained in Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization is of guiding significance to the theory and practice of ecological civilization construction in China.
