Purchasing Decision Basis Of Manufacturing Industry Based On Supply Chain Management

The concept of supply chain has been developed for nearly 40 years.Today’s manufacturing enterprises will choose one supply chain management concept that is in line with their own development to operate themselves.Procurement as the source,whether the decision is correct or not directly affects the subsequent production and sales links,which is related to the success of the enterprise’s strategic objectives,and is also the key indicator for assessing decision makers.The purpose of purchasing decision-making is to ensure the smooth progress of purchasing work,to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise.It analyzes the influence of three factors: the strategic goal,the capital flow and information flow and logistics of procurement,the supplier management and inventory management.The method further improves the analysis,and finally forms a "one center,two links,three flows" scheme,which enriches the research content of procurement decision-making.In this paper,we choose TZH and DX as the case enterprises,to analyze the actual utility of the three factors in their purchasing decisions.Combined with the way of questionnaire survey,we further improve the analysis and finally form a "one center,two links,three flows" scheme:one center refers to taking the established supply chain strategic objectives as the center,and decision makers need to have a clear understanding with it,if not,they can make purchasing decisions around the advantages and disadvantages or emphasis of the three flows.The two links refers to supplier management and inventory management,which are the main work contents of purchasing,and also the important gathering and dispersing nodes of three flows,mastering a variety of effective management schemes is a necessary condition for decision-making.The three flows refers to the capital flow,information flow and logistics,which have the relationship of mutual transformation,mutual service and interdependence.In addition to using the relationship,and grasping the payment,finding and sharing of the information,logistics distribution to strengthen the adjustment of the three flows,decision makers need to find the crux that affects the normal operation of the three flows and take effective solutions to ensure the smooth progress of purchasing work and realize the strategic objectives.It can be seen that the flexible adjustment of the three flows is the key for the result,which has a certain practical significance.
