Study On The Minimization Of The Household Refuse Output In The Fifth Division Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps (XPCC)

With the continuous developing of the social economy,residents have higher requirments for living environment.The problem of living garbage become more and more prominent,the new processing technology of household refuse are requirement.Therefore,the technology of disposal is facing great challenge,the new treatment system is needed urgently.Currently,the research is mostly focused on the terminal treatment,the less attention is paid to the source control of household refuse.In the processing of urbanization of the Fifth division of XPCC,the series of measures had been taken for processing household refuse.But the components of household refuse increasingly become complex,and treatment has become an important problem in the construction of cities and towns.This paper focuses on the production,composition characteristics,influencing factors and treatment methods of household refuse of Fifth divisions of XPCC.A questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to conduct the study,the household refuse are mainly composed of kitchen waste and ordinary garbage.The collection and transportation facilities of household refuse are not perfect.The treatment methods are traditional incineration and landfill,which resulted in secondary pollution.The production volume and trend of household refuse were generated based on population prediction.The influence factors were discussed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)on the trend of household refuse outputs,the most significant factors were population,lifestyle and GDP.This paper aimed at continuous growth of household refuse generation,inadequate disposal facilities,lack of environmental awareness and lack of government participation.According to the domestic and foreign domestic and foreign waste source reduction management experience and the actual situation of the Fifth division of XPCC,we constructed the household refuse source reduction system,and put forward specific measures for minimization of the household refuse output.In order to construct the "beautiful company",we should guide the residents to set up healthy lifestyle of minimization of the household refuse output,which provide some suggestions for the urban and rural environmental renovation.
