| At present, countries around the world mainly adopts landfill, incineration, and resource comprehensive utilization on urban living garbage processing, most of the country’s urban living garbage is disposed in sanitary landfill. Landfill method of city life garbage disposal methods in the United States was disposed 75%,88% in the UK,90% in Canada, and more than 80% in China. Restricted by urban living garbage composition and processing technology, all kinds of city life garbage disposal methods exist in both the risk of secondary resource waste and environment pollution. Compared with other living garbage disposal way, Landfill method gets the advantages of high treatment efficiency and large quantity, but it may have soil, groundwater and atmosphere environment pollution risk and a large amount of mineralization resources are dumping waste problem, so at present, municipal landfill utility is relatively low in our country.In order to solve this problem, this study firstly studied the sustainable reuse landfill mode, design the urban domestic waste landfill site cycle reuse based on mining, mineralized garbage recycling use. Then build the input-output model of urban house refuse landfill circulation, and analyze impact to regional economic development of reuse landfill cycle mode. Secondly, the paper aims at the characteristic of urban house refuse landfill loop multiplexing mode, using life cycle assessment method to study the environmental impact of urban domestic waste landfill site recycling reuse operation, and establishes life cycle assessment model based on greenhouse gas emissions, and use the model to evaluate its environmental benefits. |
