Research On The Ecological Civilization Construction In Hechuan District Of Chongqing City

The ecological civilization construction is a crucial content of the Chinese-style socialist cause,which not only related to the well-fare of the people,but also the future of the nation.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that: The ecological civilization construction shall be placed at a prominent position and incorporated into the‘Five-in-one’ overall construction layout of the Chinese-style socialist cause,the strategic decision-making of ecological civilization construction was emphasized to be pushed with with great effects.The third,fourth,and fifth plenary session of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China respectively established the tasks of ecological civilization structural reform,ecological civilization legal construction,and green development.General Secretary,Xi Jinping,paid high attention to the ecological civilization construction,brought up a series of new ideas,new concepts and new strategies regarding to the ecological civilization construction such as ‘Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets’,and etc.,and provided the theoretical guidance and action guidance for the boosting of ecological civilization construction.This article carried out the ecological civilization construction field investigation in Hechuan district of Chongqing city,found out the existing issues of ecological civilization construction field investigation in Hechuan district of Chongqing city including the extruding conflict between the ecological civilization construction and economic development,the unreasonable industrial structure,the construction lagging of ecological civilization culture,and the shallow ecological awareness of citizen,analyzed the causes that influences the ecological civilization construction,discussed the opportunity and challenge that faces the ecological civilization construction field investigation in Hechuan district of Chongqing city.In the matter of how to further accelerating the ecological civilization construction field investigation in Hechuan district of Chongqing city,this article brought up the relevant strategy and suggestion: First,implement a comprehensive treatment of urban environmental pollution,promote the‘intelligent and environment friendly’ urban construction.Enhance the prevention and management of air pollution,protect the forest and water ecology;Second,vigorously propel the eco-economic construction,rapidlydevelop the green economy and the low carbon economy,and construct the technical support of eco-economic development;Third,scientifically plan the ecological city construction,appropriately distribute the industry,and develop the ecological industry;Fourth,enhance the policy support of ecological civilization construction,vigorously perfect the relevant policy of ecological civilization construction,reform the management mechanism of ecological environmental protection;Fifth,strengthen the environmental awareness of the citizen,vigorously implement ecological cultural education,and strive to initiate the life style of ecological civilization.
